Lying amidst peaceful parklands, this hotel is situated in the tourist centre of Tomar just a short walk from the resort centre where guests will discover many shopping venues, boutiques, cafes, bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Links to the transport network are situated close at hand.

7 suites, apartments, single rooms and 170 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day.     Poop on the toilet seat

    This is one of the worst hotels in the world. We had 4 incidents:1. Our room 435 had feces on the toilet seat and we were horrified. See photo below. Jessie the receptionist apologized.2. When we were waiting to change rooms my wife walked into the wash room by reception and found it was smelling to a point one of the workers there complained as well.3. The new room 413 was found to be without any air conditioning working and Jorge Santana the maintenance man gave up and confirmed many of the units in this floor were not working.4. The dinner was horrible. One person in our group fell ill all night. The meat was chewy and tasted bad.     We stayed at this hotels for 2 nights on our way to Porto from Lisbon.Let's talk about the good first. Very friendly staff , rooms are a little dated but very large with comfortable beds and good towels. Lots of storage, a desk , large vanity in bathroom and even a small balcony.Here are the things that bugged me. There is a coffee machine in the room but they charge 1 Euro per pod. I did what I always do asked the restaurant for a small quantity of milk so I could add to my morning coffee in the room and I was told they could only sell it to me. Bartender filled a glass with milk and sold it for 2 euros.You cannot charge anything to the room , good thing phone worked so I could pay for my drink by the pool. The pool is nice but I was looking forward to the indoor heated pool and it was closed.I felt on coffee and milk issue that I was totally nickel and dimed Not sure what this room cost but whatever it was charging for pods of coffee is absurd. At the moment we are making maintenance in our indoor pool to have it ready for the winter and works will be finish next week so we hope you can visit us again.     Good hotel to stay at while in Tomar, Portugal

    Staying at hostels and two stars places, this is an upgrade if staying at Tomar while walking the portuguese route of Camino de Santiago. Nice facilities, great front desk staff but service at the bar and rooms could well be improved.     This was our last stop on a two week trip around Portugal. Reception staff were friendly and gave advice on where to go. We had a very spacious room and a large full bathroom and balcony. Secure parking is included in the hotel grounds. We had very limited time to explore the Convent of Christ, and walk around the old town in the late afternoon. We ate dinner at a small family run restaurant in the old town. The substantial buffet breakfast offered a good variety of hot and cold options. The hotel is good value and is definitely recommended. We had just enough time to visit the restored medieval Synagogue before leaving Tomar for Lisbon.
