  Short walk from bus terminal. Next door to basilica property. Short walk to stations of cross gardens, shops and eateries.Jorge: excellent service, checked me in early, and was informative anout things to see and do.Clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, extra blankets, pillows and towels. Card entry to room. Has safe for valuables. Adjustable thermostat heatpump, Hot strong shower wand.Excellent service at buffet breakfast. Has multi type coffee maker, fruit, breads, yogurt, eggs/sausages.Early breakfast buffet means no real need for microwave/fridge/coffeemaker in room. I had a balcony which was a bonus. Its a basic place but it does basic very well and should be rated higher than it is. Would stay again

  Perfect location when visiting Fatima... Comfortable accommodation and the Staff were very approachable. Unfortunately, we were unable to avail of the Breakfast options due to our early departure the next day. Next time perhaps...   This hotel was absolutely fabulous. The location was perfect for all the Fatima religious experiences we wanted to attend. Staff was exceptionally helpful and professional. As Americans we were kind of in the dark - they helped us to navigate our stay wonderfully. Rooms were so comfortable and modern. Breakfast was wonderful as well. Prices were great! We couldn't have had a better stay and highly recommend this wonderful hotel!!!   A holiday in a relaxing environment

  A small hotel in a very quite and relaxing environment. Very clean with a friendly service. Rooms very spacious including the bathroom. Room service very good. Very good food. Room service is on a daily basis and breakfast and dinner are on a buffet basis.   The hotel is just at the side road near the Basilica. Clean and very roomy. Breakfast is plentiful and relaxed. Could do with a drinks machine at the lobby dispensing hot and cold drink. Plenty of cafes around but need to walk some distances which is hard for those with physical disability unless they got companions to assist them.A big thank you to George at the reception and the other man for helping us. i hope I spelled the name correctly. They are pleasant. The other man had to go up and down to fetch a hairdryer as the hairdryer in the bathroom is not working.
