  Terrible customer service. Wierdest experience yet.

  Mid grade hotel nothing special. Comes with mediocre breakfast. Was eating breakfast with our tour group in the same area with everyone when was approached by a staff member demanding I leave my table. We had coffees and food on table and we were half way through eating. I declined. The staff member persisted by hovering over us and repeating her stance multiple times I then asked for manager. At that point she decided she would tell us we could stay where we are. Never had that happen before was extremely rude and inappropriate. This created unnecessary anxiety with my family and I. This was also done in front of a bunch of people with absolutely no explanation of why. When you enter the restaurant they confirm that you’re with trafalgar and do not tell you where to sit. The table she was pointing for us to sit at was dirty as someone had just finished eating there. Would have been funny to watch if they did to someone else.

  Great location and value for the money

  We stopped at Fatima to see the shrine on our way to Lisboa. Found this hotel and were very pleased by the service, especially Ricardo who works in the lobby. The rooms was large and very very clean and had everything we could ask for. The bed was also great after the drive from Madrid. Would definitely go back and recommend without hesitation. Their location, right by the shrine could not be better. You just cross the street and you are there. Parking is also easy to access and safe.

  We were in group of Pilgrims to Our Lady of Fatima.The location is perfect, the Shrine of Our Lady of Fatima is a good walking distance, just across the street.The room we got is actually a suite. The bed was queen size. The bathroom was nice, with 2 lavatory wash basins and a glass enclosed shower with hot water.In what looked like a living room, there was a small refrigerator and a sofa that can be converted into a bed. There were television sets, one each in the bedroom and in the living room. There were also writing desk in each room.

  Great location by the shrine. Ok rooms. Had the potential for a good stay, but Staff is indifferent at best. Nasty in some cases. Tall bald man in restaurant was unbelievably so. He was there to make his job easier, not to serve guests or to me their experience positive.

  There is no Wi-Fi in all rooms.There is no Wi-Fi in all rooms. The first time I was at this hotel, the room was closer to the reception, so Wi-Fi was available. The last time I was staying at this hotel, the room was located further away from reception, and there was no Wi-Fi.
