Poor managment

View is great. Room is outdated but overall ok. Problem is the poor management. Where was an event this hotel hosted simultaneously with our stay. Staff where overwhelmed and insufficient. Where 12 floors in the building, and two elevator capacities of 6. Every time the event group moved, no elevator can be used for an hour. The last night the event had a party until 4am, and it was like they party in my room-- drunk crowd screaming, no sleep before the travel next morning. Crowd food area-- instead separating this large group to their site, meals served in one small corner of restaurant-- probable due hotel understaffing. Great potential for this place, needs better hands.

Not amazing but a good choice for a family holidays

The hotel is located on a cliff at the top of the the beach and offers a beautiful sea view. It’s a large property with extensive infrastructure. The room had a regular size—not very spacious, but comfortable enough.The decoration is a bit outdated and could benefit from renovation. There are two pools: one outdoor and other indoor. Due to the season, we only used the indoor pool, which was quite large.Free parking is available. However, the hotel is far from restaurants, cafés, and other services, so having a car is recommended.

Disappointing Stay Compared to Previous Visits

When I checked in, even though I had made a reservation for 4 people, the reception told me it was only for 3. The reservation was made on your website, and the youngest child (3 years old) I included was not accounted for.The room had a very dirty balcony, clearly not cleaned in a long time (I’ve attached photos). The walls were scratched, and the carpet was stained.The gentleman at breakfast didn’t let us finish our coffee in the dining area because it was already 10:30 and he needed to close the door.Other than that, everything was fine. The view is wonderful and so is the location.But honestly, I found the hotel worse than in my previous stays.

Cozy room with a great view.The indoor pool is large and pleasant, while the staff is very polite and helpful.Overall a great experience, finishing with a complete breakfast buffet looking at the sea!Highly recommend it for those who are looking to stay near Santa Cruz
