Excellent experience

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. We were very well received and especially highlighted the friendliness and attention of all the staff, always very helpful and available.Breakfast and dinner were always very good, with plenty of variety and options for all tastes. The cleaning also deserves mention, as we always find the spaces very clean and well-maintained.We also really liked the activities provided by the hotel, which contributed to making the stay even more pleasant. The location is excellent and very central.Without a doubt, a very pleasant experience. We recommend and hope to return! Originally submitted in Portuguese on www.tripadvisor.pt. View originals.

We have stayed here many times great comfortable hotel very clean and fresh But customer service doesn’t seem a priorityNeeds better English speaking staff Girl is restaurant was asked something by a guest and shrugged her shoulder and said don’t understand 4* ! Should not be happening in 2025 No milk for hot drinks in bedrooms !!! And bar service no attended have to go to reception to ask for a drink The only other thing I find not 4* is having to wear a swimming hat to have to go in the leisure facilities Are the filter systems not able to cope in 4* star luxury

Amazing hotel near the Estrella mountains

Newly refurbished top notch hotel - such a surprise in a small town. Highly recommend to stay here - comfortable rooms , excellent beds and linen, great varied fresh breakfast , attentive staff. We stayed here while visiting our daughter who has land in the area. Google shows the hotel as 2 star - inaccurate - - it is a 4 star hotel with incredible affordable prices.
