  Sensible room with a view

  Breathtaking view from sunny balcony on the higher floors. Comfortable bed and quiet room, efficient curtains to shut away the light from the rising sun if desired. Nice breakfast. We enjoyed the scrambled eggs and the regional bread spread with olive oil. Helpful staff. Only problem the phone in the room to call the front desk wasn't working and still isn't as I write this review on our last day, having reported the problem on our arrival. We could communicate by mobile phone for requests and things, so this wasn't really a problem, but as they tell you you should use the internal phone and then it doesn't work it's a pity. Very nice hotel with a gym and at a walkable distance from the bus station and a nice 30 minutes walk up to the city center or down to the medical schools. The city's shopping mall is a 5 minutes walk away. Would certainly come back.

  We spent one night in a (cozy, clean and comfortable) double room with its en-suite bathroom (8th floor). Perfect for our overnight stay!Very smooth check-in with a very welcoming lady at the reception.Excellent breakfast.We were able to park our car right outside the hotel in their dedicated spots and found an excellent Asian restaurant within walking distance.All in all, we were very happy with our choice.

  Amazing hotel for a small family trip. Very clean, great room service and thoughtful and friendly staff. Breakfast is good and has some of the traditional treats of Beira Interior. close to several points of interest in Covilhã. 30min away from Torre.

  I am staying here for 30 days. It has been perfect. Staff is extremely friendly, rooms are good, beds are good, bathroom is good, rooms are perfectly clean, breakfast is simple but excellent. It is a 2 star hotel but if you say it is a 3 star hotel, I would immediately agree. I fully recommend this hotel.

  the hotel as such is a bit dated but it is clean and everything in working condition, a huge tv and very good wifi, staff is nice especially the gentleman at the breakfast who does explain all dishes and last but not least one of the few hotels offering hot breakfast, just one thing ...a nice big bathroom just not enough light for those guys who happen to shave ....but other than that ...nice place to stay
