  Recommended, property in a truly unique location.

  Friendly and professional welcome. Hotel services worthy of praise: bright environments, well-kept and elegant lobby and lounge. Only the elevators are a little 'quirky'...Bright and spacious breakfast room. Beautiful, perhaps just a little limited the Spa, however equipped with a hot tub, sauna, and steam room that are quiet and easily accessible. 'Above-ground' pool, shallow but still relaxing, despite the not-so-great exposure (view of the apartment buildings behind the hotel). The rooms are well-kept and comfortable, wonderful view, too bad about the presence of the air conditioner motor...In the (windowless) bathrooms, the absence of a bidet is very noticeable (and they could have at least added a handheld sprayer...).Excellent breakfast in the morning, great selection for both sweet and savory, a special praise for the courtesy and professionalism of the staff. In general, we interacted pleasantly with everyone, and although, at least apparently, Italian tourists are rare, we always felt at ease.   Very pleasant stay

  Somewhat older hotel - but everything was in good order.

  The hotel is located directly on the coastal road. It is certainly a bit older, but well renovated. Our room had a view of the lake (though it was also a bit noisy), and there was a nice large pool in the courtyard. Breakfast was acceptable. Friendly staff. Bicycle storage was available.   Great short stay in lovely hotel with excellent facilities

  We had a single night here, during a coastal cycling trip. Apparently it has been refurbished recently, which makes sense as the decor was fresh but I could tell the design of the hotel was not new. The service at the front desk and bar were excellent. When we had some communication issues in the restaurant, the assistant manager came to help and again was excellent. There is a great spa, sauna steam room which was free of charge to use and very comfortable. Breakfast was a good selection. Definitely recommend.   So much gratitude!

  You just know you are in good hands and well taken care of when the Hotel Manager himself, passing front of you by the entrance of the hotel and seeing you struggling with your luggage due to a leg injury, just stops to offer some assistance. And what else could you ask for, knowing this experience happened unconsciously on Women International Day!My husband and I are just so grateful for him and his team, for making our experience so unique and caring topped up with an unexpected flower offered by the team. We have been staying at various Vila Gale hotels until now and even went beyond by setting up a membership two years ago as the locations of the hotels, the staff members and the facilities are always consistent, harmonious and enjoyable.Thank you so much Manuel Patrício and your team for the unique experience we had specifically at Vila Gale Figueira Da Foz.
