Stopped off at this hotel while doing the ACT Portugal. Staff were very welcoming . Garage parking with plenty of space . Rooms very spacious with extra large double bed with ensuite. Evening meal was delicious. Morning breakfast was delightful.

So disappointing!!! Dinner is reservation only! Hideous buffet that costs a fortune! Cold food and very little choices. When you leave your room, heating shuts off and you come back to a freezing room. They say they are “ecco friendly “ but are just cheap. Pathetic choice that I will make sure no one I know will ever book. The site lies about free parking. Nope - there is. $7.50 euro per night to park. Just an all around mistake. Don’t book here. They make you wear a bathing cap to use the pool to protect something, but you could pee or poop in it and no one would know. Just ugh - don’t book here! Such a waste of vacation time. No, no and no!!!!

This service has been a courtesy of the hotel until this date. We understand from your statement that we were unable to pass on the information in the best way, and we apologize for this, but we are very sorry that you left the hotel disappointed, without reporting your concerns to us directly, which did not allowed us to justify or resolve anything. With regard to meals, and contrary to what you understood, we have an à la carte or buffet service. Regarding your comment about the indoor pool and its use, I'd rather not comment, as I understand that you may not be aware of how it works and the sanitary rules.Our team works for the satisfaction of our customers, striving to exceed their expectations and we are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay as much as you had hoped. A very nice hotel

A very nice, quite modern and new hotel. Location- outside the town but only minutes drive, on a quiet hill side. Manteigas, is a small town with not too much restaurants choices, and quite empty (maybe it was this time of the year). Great facilities like pools and jacuzzi. Very helpful and attentive staff. Rooms are spacious and clean, with lovely view. Breakfast is good, even though we would have preferred a buffet more than the table serving.

Amazing outside jacuzzi, bed is very big and confortable and room quite sound proof. The area is amazing , a lot to do and to see. They provide you robes soo you can go to the swimming pool or to the jacuzzi, the gym is not big but have some weights and running machine and bicycle. Breakfast have a wide range of choise

Best weekend 2021 (so far)

This is a new hotel and it shows. Impeccably clean, excellent options for breakfast and buffet meals at the restaurant. Friendly and attentive staff. We travelled as a family, with 2 children aged 3/5 and it was an unforgettable experience for them. Swimming pool for children plus playground next to terrace tables, so grown-ups can enjoy a drink while keeping the children close and happy. I recommend it especially for families with children. Surroundings are, of course, also stunning. For one full weekend, no adult thought about work. We returned home fully relaxed and hoping to return.
