  Stay was great. We had trouble with our dates and Francisco remedied our issue immediately. The bar tender helped with wines and the breakfast buffet delicious. Beautiful views and lovely staff.   I really like this hotel. My room was big and very clean and the view was fantastic. I need gluten free foods and in that hotel give for me. The dinner was fantastic, the stuff was very kind.   The staff were very friendly. Tiago was very helpful with a request we had after booking in.
