We really enjoyed our stay here despite the noisy clientele. Room & location were great, & staff welcoming. We had a few groups of golfers staying at the same time as us. Ordinarily this would have been fine, but I feel you need to be warned that these groups do become rowdy in the evenings, with drunk Uk men taking over the bar & keeping us up at night with their singing ! There are plenty of bars in the area & a karaoke bar too where they could have gone. I wouldn’t have minded so much if they could hold a tune!! Felt the hotel could have done more to manage these groups. I wouldn’t stay here again as the hotel do seem to attract this type of visitor.

LOVELY BEACHSIDE HOTEL

This is a lovely seaside hotel sitting on a beautiful beach with great views from nearly all of the rooms in the hotel. The rooms are tastefully decorated and beds comfortable. Coffee and daily water provided. It is easy to spend much of the day on the balcony people watching. There is a beach club about 10 minutes walk away where you can rent loungers and an umbrella on a lovely swimmable beach. Water was cold despite it being June though but still refreshing. Breakfast is included and eaten on the delightful patio overlooking the sea. Staff friendly and rooftop bar and pool an added bonus. Pool is small. Would definitely recommend staying in Cascais. Great shopping, lots of boutique shops with variety rather than basic tourist stuff. Easy inexpensive Uber ride to the airport or Lisbon central.

Another superb experience

Within 10 minutes of arrival we were on the top deck enjoying the excellent service that the always smiling Tania delivers and we had a fabulous stay. The cheerful Carlos in the restaurant every morning set you up for the day!More improvements again from last year although more parasols for the loungers would be welcome because despite the notices the ‘selfish brigade’ still drape their towels out hours before they ever get up there..but a wonderful hotel!

hotel needs a lot of work done to the rooms and hallways, only the bar area and rooftop are of an appropriate standard. some of the staff are nice, some have an attitude problem. breakfast is decent enough. the older man who works at the bar is very good at his job and is very friendly and nice to speak to, he is also a very hard worker. the noise that can be heard in the room at night from the irish bar is absolutely shocking, you can also hear every bit of noise from the street. american guests in the balcony below us were out in their balcony drinking until 6am one night and were so so loud, we could every bit of noise from them and didnt get a wink of sleep because of this

Excellent Stay with Stunning Ocean Views

We stayed at this hotel for a week and had a very pleasant experience.The rooms are clean, modern, and well maintained. I highly recommend choosing a room with a balcony overlooking the ocean. It’s the perfect place to sit, relax, and enjoy the beautiful views.The staff are friendly, professional, and never intrusive. The hotel itself is very quiet and exceptionally clean. We had read reviews mentioning noise from the promenade, but we hardly noticed it. It was only a little busier on Saturday night, when many people came to the area.Overall, the area felt very peaceful and safe. What impressed us the most was the incredible cleanliness - not only in the hotel but throughout the country. It was truly remarkable.We can confidently recommend this hotel. We’re sure you’ll enjoy your stay.A small suggestion for improvement: the breakfasts are good and include all the essentials. However, after several days we wished there was a bit more variety. The selection isn’t very large and remains the same every day, which becomes a little repetitive during a week-long stay. We were also surprised that there were almost no fresh vegetables at breakfast. Adding more fresh vegetables and rotating a few dishes from day to day would make the breakfast experience even better.
