  Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Baia . The views from our sea view room were well worth it . Hotel staff very friendly and helpful . The roof top bar and pool area is the highlight . A sun trap with loungers,seating area,magnificent view of the bay and the service fromTanya was just excellent. Tanya has a great knowledge of the area, a great sence of humour and made our stay extra enjoyable. The breakfast was also excellent. Baia rooms are a little dated but comfortable and clean.   A gem in the heart of Cascais

  What a fabulous three night midweek stay we had at this perfectly located hotel in the heart of Cascais. On arrival, and on each occasion when we dealt with reception staff, we were greeted with a pleasant smile and exceptional assistance. We knew we were early arriving but were invited to leave our luggage and we were notified by text when our room was available.We booked an Ocean View Suite, consisting of three separate rooms. Firstly a fine large well equipped bathroom. Secondly, a living room with TV , convertible couch/ bed and TV, wardrobe with internal lights, safe dressing gowns, tea making facilities/coffee maker. Thirdly a separate bedroom which had two twin beds (requested) huge TV and balcony overlooking the lovely beach in front of the hotel. Signal reception on both TVs was exceptional with a wide variety of channels (if you have time to watch it). The Free WiFi was exceptional with very high speeds.Breakfast was very adequate with a wide selection of hot/cold & sweet options, constantly replenished by very attentive staff.As we weren't so fortunate with the weather, we dined at the hotel restaurant on two of the three nights where the food was delightful and the service excellent. Advisable to book a table though. It was very hard to criticise anything from our experience. It was March and not too busy in Cascais so we did not find noise an issue. If I had one suggestion it would maybe a little rotation on the restaurant menu.Checking out was easy and once again luggage storage was provided until our time of departure. Thank you Hotel Baia. Will definitely recommend and return.

  Perfect stay at Hotel Baia.

  Hotel Baia had excellent customer service, the location was great—we could walk to all the sites we wanted to see. We were passing through, we wanted to drop our bags and get out to explore. They stored our luggage until check-in. The room was comfortable, with a wonderful view of the beachfront. The hotel was elegant, a little older, but comfortable. The breakfast was good with lots of options. I enjoyed the hotel and would stay there again.

  A delight at Christmas

  We visited at Christmas with our 1.5 year old daughter and extended family and everything at Hotel Baia was excellent. The location couldn’t be beaten, particularly with the Christmas market right in front of the hotel and all the beautiful lights around the area. The breakfast was exceptional. Watching the sunrise each morning over the horizon was such a lovely way to start the day.
