On arrival we were greeted by a man on the front desk, who clearly hates his job, or was having a bad day,because he was so unwelcoming and unhelpful! The rooms are very basic and do not even have a kettle. For a short stay it is not bad, but they could work on little improvements ,starting by getting pleasant staff as they are the face of their business...... Average hotel for a stay of 1 day or 2.Modern hotel.The beds on a twin bed bedroom are actually put together.Average space in the room.To get in the garage is a bit challenging if you rent a big car.The evening staff deserves 10 stars (I’m sorry I forgot his name, maybe Guilherme), he was super kind since the moment we arrived.Morning staff were a bit rude. We would cancel our stay in another hotel in a different town to stay a bit longer in Oeiras, but with rude staff and pricey parking we decided to move away.Nothing much around the hotel, apart from a supermarket.Wouldn’t stay again.

Receptionist are not too friendly although the rooms are clean location is convenient value is reasonable service is fair amenities are goodAtmosphere is fair good buffet for breakfastThey don’t answer the phone they said they are busy they don’t like it if you ask for help

Lovely clean hotel with touches of quality far beyond the price. Nearby supermarket and a couple of good restaurants.
