The hotel is located near the Estoril coastline, just 10 min from the beach and around 15 min from the centre of Lisbon, as well as Estoril, Sintra and Cascais. Around 4 km from the hotel is the town of Oeiras, which offers a range of attractions, from the Fábrica da Pólvora, a shut-down gunpowder factory from the 16th century that has been reinstated as a site for leisure and cultural heritage, to the Poets' Park, a expansive green space with statues of Portuguese poets and novelists, and the royal palace of Caxias, an 18th century building surrounded by magnificent gardens. Lisbon Airport is approximately 15 km from the hotel.

    The hotel is located away from Lisbon city, in an office area surrounded by IT companies like Dell, Cisco, etc. The lobby is spacious, and the staff were friendly. The ambience outside the hotel was lovely! Being surrounded by offices, the outside area was clean and well-kept.Rooms were decent and large, but with hardly any amenities - no ironing board, kettle. Being a business hotel, would have expected them to keep these. Even the bathroom had no toiletries other than the usual shower gel and hand soap. Ac and Wifi worked fine. A minibar was available. Housekeeping was good - the room was cleaned up properly the next morning. The room was quite soundproofed - no sounds from the neighbouring rooms!The corridors were wide and well-lit. Breakfast was served in the ground-floor restaurant, which was very spacious. BF spread was good, and the staff was helpful.Would have rated them excellent if they had only kept some of the basic amenities in the room!

    Upsetting experience with Lagoas Park Hotel

    I booked this hotel for me and my disabled sister for a week to attend a wedding in Portugal. I asked for a room with an accessible bathroom, but was advised by the hotel that they could only provide this in a room with a double bed, which wasn't suitable. I initially agreed to a standard room with twin beds, but when my sister's condition deteriorated I asked to cancel this, asking for a refund. The hotel refused to refund me, citing terms and conditions, even thought it was months before we due to stay and they had ample opportunity to re-book the room. I then asked if I could change the names on the booking so that friends who were attending the same wedding could use the room in our place, and the hotel refused point blank. We couldn't use the room due to my sister's disabilities, and had to book somewhere more suitable. So Lagoas Park Hotel kept over £600 of our money, without providing us with any service whatsoever. I'll leave you to make up your own minds about the integrity and basic decency of the people who run this hotel.

    Miisleading advertising – no pool despite clear photos and filters

    I booked this hotel through Hotels.com for 10 nights specifically because the listing clearly showed a pool both in the amenities filter and in multiple photos. It was a decisive factor for me, especially during low season in Portugal where swimming options are limited and the hotel is in a remote location.Upon arrival I discovered there is no pool at all. The hotel staff confirmed that the pool was removed years ago and that they had informed all major booking platforms (including Hotels.com) long before my stay. Despite this, Hotels.com continued to display outdated images and information.This made my entire stay significantly worse. Hotels.com has acknowledged the issue but only offered ~10% compensation in the form of a restrictive voucher that requires a new booking. This is not acceptable for a 10-night stay based on misleading information.I recommend that future guests always contact the hotel directly to verify amenities before booking through this platform. Very disappointing experience.

    At the very beginning of my stay when I opened the door they got out together with the frame. The door didn't close due to that fact and I had to leave all my things in opened room, available to everyone in the hotel. When I asked at service desk to prolong my reservation for 1 more day, I got replied that room is available and they confirm that have just booked it for one day more. When the last day of my visit came I got a few phone calls from service desk that my reservation is finished and why haven't I returned the room. They were deeply shocked because apparently one of the workers forgot to prolong my reservation in the system. When I asked to get my breakfast 'to go' because they offer such option they forgot to do this and I was forced to leave for a flight without it. The only good things were breakfast in place, good food in restaurant and clean room, but overall not a good stay.

    Very comfortable room with balcony and excellent gym, very convenient for business travel and offices close by. Staff were friendly.
