At the very beginning of my stay when I opened the door they got out together with the frame. The door didn't close due to that fact and I had to leave all my things in opened room, available to everyone in the hotel. When I asked at service desk to prolong my reservation for 1 more day, I got replied that room is available and they confirm that have just booked it for one day more. When the last day of my visit came I got a few phone calls from service desk that my reservation is finished and why haven't I returned the room. They were deeply shocked because apparently one of the workers forgot to prolong my reservation in the system. When I asked to get my breakfast 'to go' because they offer such option they forgot to do this and I was forced to leave for a flight without it. The only good things were breakfast in place, good food in restaurant and clean room, but overall not a good stay.

Very comfortable room with balcony and excellent gym, very convenient for business travel and offices close by. Staff were friendly.

Nice location, but a bit outdated and missing some extra’s which are normal in other hotels. The rooms are big and nice, airconditioning works well. But there is no early birds breakfast available, no coffee machine and breakfast starts at 07:00am only. This is to my opinion not acceptable for a business hotel. If you do get breakfast, it is a nice breakfast with great variety, however the coffee is terrible. Absolutely below standards for a hotel breakfast. The menu at night is great, with various options.

This is a very nice hotel on a business park, just outside Cascais. This would be a perfect location for anyone doing business with a company on the adjacent business park. There's not very much to do within walking distance of the hotel and if you want to get into Cascais, you really need to get a taxi. I used an UBER which came quickly and cost very little. My favourite thing about this hotel was the staff. Everyone was SO friendly and helpful. There was a lady working in the restaurant who somehow memorised my room number from when I ordered lunch on the first day and then greeted me with my room number when I went for breakfast on the two subsequent days! She was really lovely and made me feel like a genuinely valued guest. A lot of significantly more expensive hotels in Europe could learn much from how customers get treated here. Next time I am in Cascais, I will absolutely stay here again.

This hotel is good only for business people for one or two days. It is not goid for famiky vacation. I dint enjoy my stay with my husband as a vacation in this hotel.
