  A solid choice in the old town for a short stay

  The hotel is excellently situated in the heart of the old town. Complimentary water was provided and a Nespresso machine with the pods (as well as the water) replaced daily. We had a room with a small balcony which was nice as we like fresh air at night and it had a great view. We faced the back of the property so apart from a few noisy scooters, it was quiet at night. Staff were friendly and helpful though gave us the wrong key code to our room to start with but were most apologetic. The shower over the bath was very slippery. As tea drinkers, Nespresso machines rather than a jug are annoying but very typical these days. We did not eat in the hotel. Breakfast seemed expensive. Beware though there were few places open early to buy breakfast close by.

  Great location but needs a serious update. Not of usual NH standard

  We usually stay in NH hotels so we were surprised that the Sintra one is of a lower standard than others.   Fantastic stay in Sintra

  We were delighted with our choice of hotel to celebrate our 24th Wedding Anniversary.The location was great and the views from the breakfast room were fantastic.All staff were so friendly + helpful.   Wonderful location in the heart of this amazing Centre. Friendly helpful staff, steps from restaurants and shopping….perfect for both our hiker and our older walker.
