  The location is superb and the staff are fantastic as was the food, but the rooms let this place down, very dark needs more lighting.   Excellent breakfast, free parking, and a convenient location (about a 15-minute walk to the center). The view is very nice if you get a room on the ocean side. The staff was friendly.Be aware that while there is a swimming pool, it’s outdoors and not heated, so it’s not actually usable in winter. The sofa and extra bed were not comfortable.   Good location, great staff, some minor issues.

  Exchanged with RCI. second time here. Sea view units good for a week stay, they are mostly studios. Helpful and friendly staff; we had issues with bathroom tap and door, which were addressed. Good bar with reasonable prices. As others have mentioned, kitchenette not well suited for self catering-no microwave, one pot, etc, but ok for drinks and snacks with small fridge. Be sure to request tea service of kettle and tea selection on check in. Great location for all of Cascais, 20 min walk to train station into Lisbon. Free parking, nice drives inland and up the coast.   The hotel is getting old and dated … best demonstrated by the standard of the lifts … they really need sorting out ! No charging ports by your bed etc ….   Rooms are disgusting and in disrepair. The photos they advertise look nothing like the real thing. Poor customer service. You take a huge gamble booking at this hotel.
