    Great fun!

    rating16 Sept 2026

Great hotel and space. Actually quite quiet by the pool area and great view out onto the ocean. The aqua gym was great fun - ran by Marisa, and loved the music she chose. Marisa was very friendly and I really enjoyed my time talking with her and the work she is doing. Rooms where decent and had a lovely sea view. Lots of options at breakfast, though as an oat milk drinker there wasn't any. Great value for money I would say and good location to the rest of the town with fun places to eat around the corner. Entertainment team at Vila Gale

    rating18 Aug 2026

Cândida and João were awesome animators by the pool with the awesome aquatic polo. Not only they’re super fun, energetic as they’re empathic and really good with the kids. We’ve also had the chance to play a Bingo with the kids with Marisa and Juliana which was a nerve recking until the very end to find a winner. It’s very good that Vila Gale has these types of events has it helps to create some dynamics and kids create friendships throughout their holidays. Great hotel in an amazing location

    rating06 Aug 2026

Excellent location, facilities and breakfast. Within walking distance of lots of great restaurants, bars and beautiful beaches. We had a great time and our 4 year old loved the pools and amazing buffet breakfast.Highly recommended and we hope to be back.In terms of improvements, there was a lack of communication in relation to what was going on in the hotel - kids club, musicians etc. Using the notice boards in the reception area would be helpful. Service in the inside bar was very slow.
