  Room with balcony and ocean view! Super quiet and really good breakfast! 2 negative opinion is that they took the mini bar from our room with asking, and they didn’t put it back when I ask.   Nice room but no parking and bad breakfast

  Nice hotel but serious issues with service.The location is great and the rooms are a good size, but that’s where the positives end. We booked this hotel because it advertised parking, but upon arrival, the receptionist was surprised—we were told there is no parking at all and had to find street parking ourselves.WiFi was another letdown. We were given passwords for three different networks, none of which worked in our room.Breakfast was disappointing. Although it’s supposed to start at 8, at 8:30 many items were still missing, and they were just starting to prepare the eggs. Staff (4–5 people) were very noisy in the kitchen and kept coming out to take food and plates, clearly eating their own breakfast during service.Another issue: we went to the beach at 9:00 and came back at 20:00, only to find our used towels had been taken but not replaced. When I asked for clean ones, I was told they were still in the dryer and to wait about 20 minutes.The hotel has potential, but the service is unprofessional and poorly organized. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made. There may be peak times when some items are replenished more frequently, but we do our best to ensure availability throughout the service. We apologise if you felt that some items were missing during your visit.As for the staff behaviour you mentioned, that is certainly not in line with our usual standards nor with what we expect from our team. We will speak with those involved to better understand what may have happened on that occasion.We also regret the delay with the towels.   We had a wonderful stay at WOT Ericeira! The location is perfect — right in the heart of town and just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and shops. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and great tips about the area.Our room was clean, cozy, and quiet — just what we needed to relax.Breakfast was fresh and varied, a great way to start the day.Overall, we felt truly welcomed and will definitely be coming back.   Hotel very well located in the center of Ericeira, which gives the option of seeing everything on foot. Near of main beaches, grocery shops and tasty restaurants. Good facilities and breakfast.
