  We arrived at you and the sea following a rainy couple of days in Lisbon, and were told that we had been upgraded to a large apartment on the roof for my wife's birthday, and our wedding anniversary celebrations. This was very kind of the lady on reception and we loved the huge space it allowed us to relax in, with a beautiful view of the waves crashing in on the beach, a huge area to sunbath on and massive glas windows to the lounge and dining area. The hotel was so relaxed and friendly. We'd start the day with a well stocked buffet which could be healthy or indulgent. There's lots to do, gym and sauna, swim in multiple pools. the indoor pool was perfect when the wind picked up. My son loved the skateboard ramp, and daughter enjoyed the amazing lunchtime burgers after a swim. The hotels in a great position near a beach which provides a relaxed walk in to town. You can walk to a supermarket in 15 minutes, or the amazing board riders in about 30 mins. We experienced a surf lesson through the hotel which was a highlight of our stay. The instructors were so positive and friendly, they couldn't have done more. Id like to thanks all the staff at you and the sea for an amazing stay. We definitely will be returning as soon as we can.

  Great family spot near the beach!

  Good solid place for a family of 5. Having a kitchen and living space makes meals much less stressful. Although there is a great restaurant downstairs if you want a prepared meal… and they even deliver upstairs… so restaurant food in your own space! Parking was easy. We mostly rode e-bikes around to different beaches. Lots of activities nearby… climbing, surfing, hiking, biking. The staff was super helpful and attentive. Only downside is the building is a bit dated and some of the furniture is dated.   Exactly what we needed

  This place is truly a gem in one of my favorite locations in one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever been in! The people that work here are absolutely amazing! The sunset has to be one of the best views in Portugal. The food is spectacular, the access to the beach happens to be access to one of the best beaches on all of the coast. If you can find a room here, I would highly recommend booking it! And the access to a bunch restaurants, and ice cream is a 15 minute walk to a really cool town square, but we always ate at the hotel because it was just that good and convenient!
