    The Best Boutique!

    rating20 Feb 2026

Well priced hotel placed close to the railway station and metro. Breakfast has been exceptional and the choice has been really impressive. The staff have been really friendly and the rooms are immaculately clean. The hotel has been renovated with a touch of class that gives the perfect blend of rustic charm with modern facilities. We have been really impressed with every aspect of our stay but there are a few steps to climb if on the higher levels. At night it can be quite lively with plenty of bars and restaurants adorning the streets but we did not have our sleep interrupted at all by any noise. The room came with en-suite, air conditioning, a small fridge to cool your drinks and a digital wall mounted smart TV. The bed was really comfortable and fresh sheets and towels were supplied daily.

    Pleasantly surprised

Booked this hotel in Lisbon for a mix of value and location and was slightly concerned about some of the reviews, however we had no issues. There are 2 small flights of stairs to reception ( and then up again to the rooms) but they will help with bags if required. The room we had (201 - superior double) which was okay for space, comfortable bed and coffee machine.Understand comments about privacy for the toilet and shower if you aren’t a couple. There are lots of bars below to the left which are noisy and open to the early hours however we had an inside and outside window which when closed we felt acceptable and were able to sleep okay.Breakfast was very good. The also offer free coffee from their machine any time of day so you can pop back for a quick coffee stop whilst out and about.

Relaxing break in the heart of a bustling street.

    rating07 Nov 2025

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel. Photo 8 was our room. No elevators only stairs, upon entering the building you walk up one flight to reach reception. Our room was another 2 flights. This hotel boosts lots of character, very Boho. Its clean and the beds are comfy. Breakfast is excellent, huge buffet to help yourself from, topped up by staff every few minutes, served daily from 8am to 10am. Barista coffee machine available to use free of charge during your stay at reception lobby. House keeping was daily. Windows was very sound proof, shutters and 2 lots of double glazed, however you can hear the next room use a hairdryer. The bathroom is very quirky, plenty of hot water. Hairdryer and coffee machine provided along with shower gels. Large tv in our room.We aren't club/pub people yet loved walking pink street each morning. We never heard any sounds at night but we did have our windows shut. The hotel is slightly off the busy part of the street.Air-conditioning was a huge plus for us. Time Out market is just around the corner, huge market with lots of restaurants and bars inside. The seafront is within walking distance and approx 15 minutes to main attractions.Plug sockets need attention. I would definitely stay here again.

    Shabby chic experience

    rating20 Sept 2025

Hotel located on pink street which is vibrant with bars and music til 6am. Staff friendly and helpful at all times. Building has no lift and 4 flights of stairs bit of a killer but we were warned. Room ok, (superior double) but pics on booking.com looked better. Bed took up most of space, only hangers against wall to hang clothes so didn't bother but no space for cases. Coffee machine but no kettle. Had breakfast one day and ok, good variety. Coffee available all day from machine and free, good. Big tv in room, if you want to watch news. The shower and toilet were in the room..cramped and not really to liking as glass door slid open unexpectedly. Triple glazing of sorts but still heard street noise each night. It was all functional nd served purpose as a base for a few nights but a bit too shabby chic.

dangerous. Reception were aware of this, and offered us extra towels and a separate room the following day. We decided against it as we had a limited amount of time in Lisbon and did not want to spend our time moving around. Additionally the toilet and shower is a joke. They were both separated with a flimsy shower door and the toilet was tiny. My partner is over 6ft and struggled so had to go to the 2nd floor to reception to use the toilet there! Not to mention, the hotel is situated in a very loud area, we actually saw a fight right outside the hotel. The only good thing about the hotel is the location and staff were kind enough to gift my partner with a bottle of alcohol and a basket of treats for his birthday.
