Location

    Stayed here for 3 nights in March and had a great experience. The two guys on reception when we arrived were incredibly helpful and friendly, which made us feel welcome straight away.We stayed in room 505 and were very impressed — it was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The shower was also amazing, one of the highlights of the room!The hotel is about a 20-minute walk to the centre of Lisbon, which we found very convenient. If I ever come back to Lisbon, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

    I went to the hotel with my son to Watch Benfica play, the hotel had a great location close to the metro and a lovely walk into the shops and harbour

    On arrival we were greeted by Bruno on recrption, who was very professional. friendly , accommodating and full of useful, local information. The hotel is well postioned, being pnly a few minutes walk to the nearby metro and some nice restaurants.Hotel 3kMadrid is clean and comfortable. offering good brealfast options. Would definetly recommend. .

    Filthy fridge, cockroaches, treated like dirt.

    It wasn’t so much the fact that i found a cockroach running around the filthy fridge in my room, but the way that I was treated afterwards. After reporting it to the woman with her hair tied back at reception in the morning, she said she would send someone to deal with it. This was the first of many lies to come out of her mouth. After returning to my room and it still being there, a young woman was sent to my room and to my horror squished it onto a tissue to show to me. An older woman, manageress? who was outside my room told me to pack my things. No apology. No refund. The receptionist told me ALL hotels in Lisbon have cockroaches. I’m still waiting for the promised refund. I’m currently staying at another hotel which I’m very happy with.

    nicest hotel of our trip , big room comfortable bed, seperate bathroom , fridge , safe , 10 minute walk to bus station , easy access to nice areas in lisbon.staff were helpful , breakfast looked ok but we ate out each day, parking at 15 euro a night needed.
