  Staff was great. Accomidation clean and comfortable. My only criticism would be that a hotel, many of whose clientele leave very early in the morning doesn’t have the breakfast and coffee ready until 7AM; it should be 5AM.

  Best motel in Oroville for the price comfort quiet bed was wonderful large flat screen TV staff was helpful and very kind

  STAY AWAY!

  Very Noisy all times of the day. Dog barking at night, people arguing all times of the day. All pillows & bed sheets stained with blood & other things. Appearance of room looks good but you start to notice hug holes in the wall, also these long winged bugs crawling around. Walls are super thin, you can hear everything!

  The motel was average at best. less than friendly greeting at check in. rooms were clean, pool looked less so, off color. Breakfast was included, but didn't start till 8 a.m. which is not very good for early starts. Most breakfasts start at 6 to 6:30. Looking at the size of the breakfast area, it wasn't going to be exceptional

  Heater fan on HIGH all night

  The heater fan was so noisy. Impossible to sleep while running. Very basic room. No information about room or is breakfast or wifi was available. Very dispassionate check in. Not rude, but not friendly either. Hope I don't have to stay here again.
