    A 4 day stay, first 2 days, ok , third day, left room 10 am , come back 2,30 pm room not clean , no towels to take a shower, went to front desk asked why, I was told that the cleaning people didn’t havethe time to clean it ; we would have to leave the room for them to come and clean it, witch I didn’t want to go back out ; asked to speak to a manager, I was told that there wasn’t one on the hotel at the time , 2.30 pm , when I got back to the room a cleaning lady had left one clean face towel ( for my wife and I) and I was told that after 4 pm there would not be anyone to clean the room; to say that it’s pathetic would be a understatement; definitely not coming back or recommend it to anyone!! Lousy experience!!

    Bed was noisy, Cold water on shower almost don't exist. Room was dirty and smell bad. for 200€ per night, without breakfast, there are much btter options in Lisbon. Don't waste your money on this shack.

    Stay out of this hotel, worst experience ever. I can’t understand how some people rate this hotel over 1 or maximum 2 stars. DON’T THINK ABOUT STAYING. Noisy room with a lot of traffic. Place totally run down. When I complained they said they could give me another room but not much better. Pictures in Booking totally deceiving.See pictures of my room.

    I had to find a hotel at short notice which is quite central and I'm happy to confirm I found the Alif Hotel - it met all my expectations.The staff were helpful (I had to get some printing done and also asked where they would suggest to eat) - on both occassions the staff were helpful with their time and their advice.The room was clean and modern. I would suggest the room may have been refurbished recently as it was spacious, modern, clean and most of all, very comfortable.There was a little noise during the day on the floor above me, which I could hear (sounded like some furniture being moved about), however I add I was not inconvenienced in any way by this minor noise.The hotel is close to a shopping mall which had many options for food and a supermarket and also cinema.Most of all - the price was very affordable, especially given the location and quality of the room.I have no hesitation in recommending the Alif Hotel - it met all my expectations in everyway.

    Excellent hotel, clean well maintained. Large selection for breakfast. The staff were all very helpful and charming. I shall be returning when attending Campa Pecqueno which was opposite. Plenty of local restaurants and eateries in easy walking distance.
