Location

    Cannot fault the hotel, rooms are spacious and our family room had a separate living area with a sofa bed and the room can be separated off if needed. Bathroom was big with a walk in shower and the kitchen area despite being small had everything we needed. We did request a top floor room which wasnt given but our room was very quiet, staff always on hand to answer any queries and they genuinely cared which showed. Overall I would definitely stay here again as its a great location and good value.

    Great location, very comfortable suite, sun deck on top floor was lovely. Simone at reception was especially helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was fine and the service was really friendly.     Excellent stay at Lisbon

    We travelled as a family. My spouse and I along with our adult son. Overall, we had an excellent stay at this hotel. Location - slightly away from the main tourist area, but at the same time walkable to some of those places. Short walk to the metro station, and Av. da Liberdade. The only minor issue we had was, we did not find any good (according to us) restaurant nearby.The room was spacious, especially considering we had a third adult. They had already arranged an extra bed in the 'living room' (yes, the room as a living room and a bedroom, and a small kitchenette.The staff was very friend and courteous.Breakfast was good - nice spread. Bathroom door could not be locked - was not an issue for us as family. But just mentioning it here in case it is important for anyone else.

    I recently spend three nights at this hotel in a studio room number 709. We were greeted warmly by the receptionists and given a map highlighting the local area and nearby attractions. The hotel was easy to access from the airport using the metro. It’s a short slightly uphill walk from Rato station where you pass a couple of supermarkets and restaurants before taking a right turn into the road where the hotel is located. The room was a decent size and included a kitchenette with a fridge, hob and crockery & glassware. The room had fantastic blackout curtains which ensured a peaceful nights sleep. I was given complimentary water daily and the room was maintained to a high standard. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel as I was able to purchase supplies at the local supermarkets. Due to the location you are able to walk to most places within 30 minutes or so. Be prepared for the steepness of some roads and wear comfortable shoes with a good grip. The mosaic pavements can be quite challenging. I previously stayed in an area of Lisbon called Rossio, however I preferred this area and would come back again. The only reasons why I didn’t give this hotel 5 stars is because I felt there was a lack of easily accessible electrical sockets. I also kept smacking my forehead on the cupboard above the sink. I thought it was just a me problem but my friend stayed in the studio below (room 609) and had the same issue. Despite these minor issues I would still book this hotel again. The kitchen cupboards are to be changed over the coming 2 years, we are aware that they are not ergonomic and need to be adapted.     Fabulous City Apartments

    We decided to go for a 50m2 apartment available in this hotel and they are fantastic. You got a lounge, kitchen (fully equipped to make meals, a coffee machine and minibar), bedroom with loads of hanging wardrobes to store your stuff and a large en suite. We drove to Lisbon, so another useful thing is there is parking underground at this hotel. You can also use the spa and facilities in the Altis Grand Hotel, which is in the same building. There is a rooftop bar and facility, although it was still too cold to be up there, but a nice touch for Summer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting an inner city stay within easy walking distance to all the main areas of town and plenty of restaurants closeby.
