The hotel has 7 single rooms and 112 double rooms, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     Stayed 2 nights beginning on May last stop on our trip to Portugal. A really great location if you enjoy walking. And so many restaurants within a few minute walk and all the lively street walking down to waterfront. The breakfast was really memorable as well. Would highly recommend.     Room was too smallno space from end of bed to a shelf under the tv on the wall making navigating the room difficult. didnt make use of the space it did have. Decor wrong for size of room. Nowhere to open and store luggage.     An amazing experience, the whole staff were super accommodating, extremely friendly. Rui welcomed us our first night, and Hugo helped us get settled in while also providing great tips.     The best stay for anybody coming to Lisbon! Can’t recommend this enough!

    This was an outstanding trip the staff made our day everyday they were so nice during my daughters birthday they gave us a free cake a some goodies. Out of the staff Catalina really stood out to us helping us with a map ,restaurant suggestions, and activities. The location is amazing near the metro and all the restaurants and shop an only 5-10mins away which was perfect for not booked lunches and dinners.The room was clean - and came with a balcony!- very comfortable beds and a very well laid out. The multi cultural buffet breakfast was superb with a mixture of everything from cereal to fruits to bread to eggs of all shapes and sizes. If you are coming to visit Lisbon I can’t recommend this enough!
