Clean and functional with a great team

    rating19 Nov 2024

Stayed for two nights, room 501. The hotel is clean and functional with a proper buffet breakfast, you get all the essentials. Small room and shower but does the job. Very decent at this price point. Good location, mtr station 2 mns away. Reception is helpful.

    Poor Ibis Styles

    rating20 Jul 2024

This was the worst Ibis styles hotel, where I have been. Definitly not 3* hotel. Staff - very average, not communicative and chaotic, breakfast - this was absolutely not equal to three star hotel, this was hostel style breakfast. Bathroom - Water pressure in the shower very poor. Room was clean and thumbs up for windows black out. There are better Ibis Styles hotels in Marseille.

    Highly recommended

I have just completed a five day stay at this hotel and I was extremely happy. It is in a good location for a tourist - close to the metro line and only about a 20 minute walk from the old port. Every member of staff I came into contact with was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was a a decent size and had everything I needed, including good Wi-Fi. Breakfast was the usual continental and very good.I highly recommend Ibis Styles!😁😁😁 CHRISTELLE BGNIS, General Manager at Ibis Styles Marseille Centre Prado Castellane, responded to this review Merci

    Lovely hotel & excellent staff

Lovely hotel situated close to the metro line. The room was lovely. Quiet neighbourhood. The lady at reception Maryelle was so pleasant and offered assistance on things to do and see in the area. Would recommend if visiting Marseille. Breakfast was a continental style with fresh pastries and coffee. Not the best and not the worst hotel in Marseille

    rating17 Oct 2022

Hotel is simple, walkable distance from the metro, room was small but cleaned every day. They don't have some garbage bin in the room, only in the bath, so we collected plastic bottles and packages in a separate package and left in the corridor. It was cleaned the next day.Shutters at night make it possible to avoid street light in the room. But they don't protect from the noise. It's a busy street hotel is facing.Breakfast is also very "croissant and coffee" oriented but it's almost everywhere in France the same situation. But dining zone is cosy and relaxed.I had my birthday on the day of arrival. But i didn't get any greeting from the woman at the reception. My passport was checked though. For a hotel it doesn't cost much to pay more attention to details like this.Wi-fi has very stupid and old fashioned way of registering via email.I don't want to reveal my email and get lots of spam afterwards. Can i just get a password? It was anyway slow. I was using mobile internet instead.
