    Wonderful location. Delightful, friendly and hospitable staff with wonderful communication. Organised a wonderful driver to pick us up from airport. Room was clean and light. Comfy bed. Coffee and water and wine in room. Welcomed with Portuguese tarts. Loved it so much, will be staying there in a few weeks , in the apartment…after our Camino.Highly recommended!

    This hotel has an excellent location, close to all places to visit and also public transportation. The environment is safe. The room was small, but bright and clean. However, there was no comfortable chair to sit. All the amenities were present. Front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

    Excellent location. In a quiet area, but right around the corner from all the action and sight seeing. We loved everything about the hotel, location, and staff making things very convenient.

    We were very comfortable. The apartment was spotlessly clean. We were delighted with its location in the middle of Chiado and the welcoming and friendly advice we were given to any query we had. Loved the apartment and would happily return. Thank you.

    The elevator does not get to my floor, had to carry the suitcase at night. No one to help. The mattress is awful, the pilow are very low standard. Woke up with neck pain. The aircondition worked only on cool setting, I was freezing. It took them 2 days to fix it. Only after I've ssked for a portable heater, they bothered bringing it to me. No shampoo, no conditioner. Electricity outage, for 20 hours, due to that no hot water in the evening. Management did not updated or apologize. and no one seems to care. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel.
