  The buiding is very nice, very tasteful renovation and the room was comfortable. Simple to check in and check out. Good location. Good breakfast.In our room we found and empty botlle under the bed, so, the cleanning was not so eficient. In the bathroom the trash smeels cigarett a lot. There is no place to hang clothes, not even a simple coat.

  Rooms are not the same as the pictures, there were holes in the wall and mold in the shower. We slept on camping beds and on the “fresh” sheets were dirty spots that looked like cum and breakfast was every day the same and very very basic. We checked in around the night and if it was not that late we considered to go away and look for another hotel. The pictures are beautiful but the hotel is nothing like that. Stay away here!

  DECENT HOSTEL BUT COULD BE MUCH BETTER WITH SMALL IMPROVEMENTS

  This hostel is situated just an 8 minute walk from the metro and a 20 minute walk into central Lisbon. There are a lot of plus points about this dwelling and some other points that can be improved upon to make it much better.Firstly, the small issues I had whilst I was there. The breakfast is basic and included in the price but it doesn't start until 08:30. This means if you are going out for the day or have an early flight - as were both cases with myself - you miss it because it's too late!They have a system there where you punch a number into your keypad on your dormitory door to let yourself into the room. Whilst this is a good idea so you're not carrying around cards or keys it also caused me lots of problems not gaining access at times including once where someone had to get out of bed to let me in.My room had 2 interior shower cubicles and 2 toilets which is something in all my years of travelling I've never come across. These facilities have always been separate to the room outside on the corridor wherever I've been before. Whilst many will say this is a luxury that you don't have to keep going outside of the room, I thought it was a bit of a pain because when trying to sleep either late at night of early in the morning you will be constantly awoken by the shower or the flushing toilet noise.The staff were very helpful and pleasant and my room was at the back so didn't get any adverse noise from the main road. The rooms have lockers in them and night lights next to the bed which are always handy. You are supplied with a sheet and blanket and there was a soap dispenser in each shower cubicle. The beds weren't the most comfortable but not too bad.Downstairs there is a TV room along with a kitchen allowing you access to a microwave and fridge if required. There is also an outside courtyard where you can eat your breakfast which doubles up as a bar in the evening.Overall I had an enjoyable stay and would be happy to stay here again if ever in Lisbon in the future.
