This exclusive city hotel is located approximately 200 m from numerous shopping venues as well as plenty of restaurants. Public transport is located just a stone's throw from the hotel, around 500 m. Various bars, pubs and a nightclub are all within 3 km of the hotel. The town centre is within walking distance and takes only half an hour to reach. The beach is 5-6 km from the hotel and easily reached by car.

Facility

9 suites, 5 single rooms and 254 double rooms are located on 21 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket.     A good hotel option in Lisbon

    Overall very happy with our stay, the room was nice, was of a good size and had a great view. My only complaint relates to the pool which only allows kids under 12 for a very short window between 12:00 and 14:00. This is a very silly time slot, because at lunchtime families are either having lunch or sightseeing in Lisbon. Would have been much more appropriate to have a morning and/or afternoon slot for kids, or instead a time which is only for adults. We booked this hotel primarily because had a pool, not realising that we would not be allowed to use it.     Nice room but…

    The hotel is on the edge of the main part of the city with a few local bars and restaurants around and a half hour walk down hill into the main part of town.We had a premium room on the 17th floor which had great views and was a good size.The hotel however lets itself down on a few points. We had access to the “VIP lounge” but this is really an unattended room with a few soft drinks and pastries, not worthy of being a selling point for an upgrade. The spa is a small, cold pool in the basement which again was unattended and had unaccompanied children running round when we visited. The final let down was the reception staff who didn’t ask how our stay was when we left - indicative of not really caring much, as we’d seen with the other issues.     Great accommodation with slight oversights

    Lovely, classic-style rooms with guest comfort in mind. Large TV, quality bathroom amenities and plenty of space. Staff behave in a professional and elegant manner. Improvements could be attention to details like not hanging S-size/children size bathrobes in the room when the guest is a tall adult, or providing an outside area for guests who smoke, as the rooms have no balconies. The VIP room is a nice idea & has a great view, unfortunately I only always saw an empty tray with crumbs on it and there were no snacks at all, so don’t expect an Executive Lounge like in other hotels.
