    During my stay at the hotel from September 15th to 24th, Room 214, occupied by my family, was found to be clean but had a poor room layout. The front desk attendant, Victor, who wore glasses and had a white beard, exhibited rude and unprofessional behavior throughout our visit.The commute from the airport to the hotel took approximately 25 to 35 minutes. The breakfast was the highlight of our stay, with a consistent menu that was both enjoyable and satisfying.Overall, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

    The hotel itself is nice, friendly staff, average breakfast and great location. However, room we got newly painted/renovated which was very dusty and smelly. It was disappointing and we both ended up being sick next day. Otherwise, no complain so far.

    What an excellent stay we had at Don Sancho hotel.Don Sancho hotel is Extremely central ,with very clean rooms , all the Staff are polite and welcoming ( thumbs up) and the breakfast is great ! Thank you to all the staff at Don Sancho hotel for having made our stay in beautiful Lisbon a fantastic one !! You are the best 😉

    This was my second stay at Dom Sancho and I will be coming back for my next visit. The hotel is clean, has comfortable beds and the location is very central. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and to the historic centreThe staff is vry friendly. Especially the night receptionist. She made me feel very welcome

    Quaint hotel within walking distance of main attractions. Local buses are also available. Conceriege Victor was helpful and attentive. He took the trouble to find ice so that I could have cold water. Americans need ice. He recommended an excellent local seafood restaurant.
