  Wonderful Place To Stay

  I'm the type that searches all the hotels in the area and triple check the ones narrowed down to my budget. Initially I was very skeptical about trying this hotel despite the positive reviews. I am glad I took a chance because this was a great hotel! The receptionists were kind, answered all of our questions. We got the room with 2 beds for 3 people. The room was clean and it was quiet. The bathroom had space to store items and the shower was spacious. The room had good lighting options, plenty of storage to hang and power up items. The location was good, close to transportation and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet. We used the metro and bus transports and got to most main locations (city center, Alfama) within 5-10-minutes. There is a cafe downstairs but did not try it. We used Bolt and got to the airport between 15-20 minutes early in am. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!

  lovely stay good location close to public transport

  this hotel was spotless and clean , the staff exceptional very friendly and welcoming , it may be a bit difficult to locate my advise is to look out for a building with a sign on top GENERALI once you reach the side of this building walk down the side street beside it , its down hill then you will find the hotel opposite a small Auchan grocery shop , there is also a bus stop right outside the hotel , the bus stop is R. Sta . marta bus 706, 774, 19B stops there , as for metro stop at marques de pombal note thst this station has alot of exits , use the exit from the blue line it wiill be closer to the building i earlier mentioned , this hotel is just perfect and serve the purpose , will stay here again!

  Bare Bones Hotel, Clean and Convenient

  Stayed 3 nights prior to cruise out of Lisbon. It is a low priced, bare bones hotel but if that's all you require the hotel was fine. Very clean, although our room was very small it was functional and all we needed. Our plans were to be out touring all day, so it was just fine. There was however a misunderstanding with parking. We brought a vehicle and thought there was parking. I booked through Expedia and their website did indicate parking was limited and there was a charge however they did not indicate it was a requirement to book a parking spot through the hotel, as they only have 7 spots. Turned out we had to park on the street which was extremely difficult to find a spot. Expedia's site also said there was breakfast available at a charge. This would lead you to believe the hotel had a breakfast room. Not so. There was a cafe attached to the hotel. So we did have our breakfast there. I felt Expedia was very misleading. The staff at the hotel was very helpful and added to the enjoyment of our stay. I would recommend only if you are looking for a minimalist hotel for a good price.

  Superb buffet central Lisbon hotel

  Wanted stay somewhere central in a good area Excellent budget hotel. Highly recommend it for Lisbon as a base. Surrounded by cool bars, restaurants and cafes. Will return when back in LisbonAlso good reception Very helpful Don’t hesitate to book this!

  Terrible experience, the hotel is a scam. Poor location in a dirty road. They do not offer breakfast, they refer you to a third world county cafe where no card is accepted and they only serve Portuguese stuff. Staff is extremely rude. Avoid this hotel
