    BEWARE OF METRO NOISE!

    Although we had a 4th floor room, we could still easily hear the trains at the Metro under the hotel….loud.I also booked for my friend and had my request for her room to be near ours “in a quiet place and up high” and this was confirmed with “Your wishes have been fulfilled” back from the hotel in an email.My friend was put on the FIRST floor and didn’t sleep for two nights. She asked to be moved but no upgrade.For her 3rd night, she was so upset and so tired that she moved another hotel.She asked for refund but was only offered a small credit that she will never useBad customer service.

    Lovely bedroom, lovely lobby, great shower but in small cubicle. Awful breakfast coffee is great everywhere except here, bitter and super strong sadly undrinkable. The area is not the best for this nice hotel.

    We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully arranged for comfort. The bed was exceptionally cozy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. One of the highlights was the breakfast — there was an impressive variety of delicious food and drinks, catering to all tastes. The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Without a doubt, we would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

    All satisfactory for us 2 couples. That stayed for 1 night . Room clean and bed / pillows test passed. The A/C was very good no noise of fan running . After 11.00 clock noise from front road was ok .
