    A special congratulations and huge thanks to Rafael at the front desk! I wasn’t a guest at this hotel but Rafaell went above and beyond to help me with great professionalism, kindness and empathy, gave me clear directions and made sure I arrived safely to my hotel . His selfless assistance truly stood out. Because of Rafael’s outstanding service, I will definitely choose this hotel for my next stay. Highly recommended.

    Very professional and nice staff. The room and bathroom were large, very clean, and had everything you needed during the stay. Offered complimentary champagne and treats in the afternoon. The location was great - easy walking distance to many restaurants, quiosques, shopping, etc. Would definitely not hesitate to stay at this hotel again in the future.

    My two night stay at Eurostars Baixa Lisbon was excellent and suited my trip. The hotel’s location is ideal for exploring Lisbon, with many of the city’s highlights within easy walking distance (take note of the many hills). It made a great central base, allowing me to experience the local neighbourhoods, culture, and atmosphere.The room itself was well finished, with a high standard of quality and attention to detail. The facilities were good, and everything felt modern, comfortable, and well thought through, which made the stay even more enjoyable.Every member of the team I encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming, which added a personal touch to the experience.Overall, I would highly recommend Eurostars Baixa Lisbon to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable hotel in a fantastic location for exploring this wonderful city.

    Comfortable Stay in a Prime Lisbon Location, as I expected

    I stayed one night at Eurostars Baxia on my way back home and had a very pleasant experience.The hotel has a simple yet welcoming lobby and a nice, intimate restaurant. The overall atmosphere feels boutique rather than large and commercial, which I appreciated. My room on the 5th floor was quiet, clean, and comfortable — exactly what I was looking for, especially as I prefer to avoid large hotels while still staying in a central location.The location is excellent for a first-time visitor to Lisbon. The hotel is within walking distance of key attractions such as Rossio Square and the Arco da Rua Augusta, and it is surrounded by many restaurants and lively streets.The complimentary tarts and champagne offered in the lobby were also a thoughtful and enjoyable touch.Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily return on my next visit to Lisbon.

    Perfect hotel in the heart of Lisbon

    Location is fantastic, walk to shopping, attractions, restaurants. Hotel is lovely and well appointed. Bathrobes, towel warmers, complimentary nibbles at the front desk, immaculately clean. Delicious full breakfast is included. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. So glad we stayed here!
