    Good Location Does Not Compensate for the Overall Experience

    The hotel has a very good location, which is definitely its strongest point. Unfortunately, the overall experience was rather average.The staff seemed visibly overworked and appeared to be doing everything at once — from cleaning and washing dishes to serving breakfast. Breakfast itself felt quite chaotic, and at times you almost had the impression that guests were an inconvenience rather than welcome visitors.The only truly warm and friendly person was Leonor, who made a very positive impression.The gym is extremely small, and honestly the hotel would benefit greatly from a partnership with the nearby Holmes Place gym. It feels like an obvious opportunity.Overall, an average stay with room for significant improvement.

    First time visiting Lisbon stayed here. Such a lovely hotel and perfect for a base too sight see . A special thank you to leanora on reception who was soo friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived until we left . A lovely surprise on our last night to find we had been upgraded to a suite!!     This is a good business hotel, rooms clean and overall pretty good (unfortunately no tea or coffee?). The staff were helpful and the breakfast very good. The location of the hotel is a bit out of the way and it’s very much aimed at the biz travellers. Not much around the area. For a 1 night biz trip it was overall a good experience.

    After an 11-hour flight from Los Angeles to Lisbon, I was so grateful to be able to check in to my room early. The Eurostars Lisboa Parque is not far from the airport, located on a quieter street away from mobs of tourists. I appreciated the modern design of the hotel and my well-appointed room. Staff members were professional and helpful. The breakfast, included in my reservation, was superb. I was surprised by the wide variety of fresh foods beautifully displayed. This was my first visit to Lisbon, but I would definitely consider staying here again.

    Disappointing hotel

    The hotel is well located . The actual hotel is a 3 storey building built on a slope. Visited with my sister and had booked a twin bed room which was located on first floor. First room we were given immediately on entering had a very strong reek of sewers. We were moved to a new room again on the first floor. Unfortunately due to lay of the building this room resulted in our window being at street level which resulted in a lot of road traffic and pedestrian noise late at night and very early morning. The room did not contain a kettle but on request we were provided with one. The hotel has a restaurant area that only provided breakfast but no other meals.Hotel does have an arrangement with a third party food delivery service .Receptionists were friendly but did not volunteer much tourist information but on request did provide sight seeing map. Very basic hotel
