    We enjoyed 6 nights in Lisbon at this hotel., even though most of the time was with some rain.Our deluxe junior suite gave us a great view over the Tagus River. Vasco da Gama Bridge and Tower, and the Oceanarium. The suite was a good size and well decorated; lots of closet space(2), separate tub and shower , a second 2 pc bathroom, dining and sitting area. The staff from reception, restaurant, and housekeeping all were great, very accommodating and helpful. Nelson was a terrific city tour guide and also very helpful with our return trip to the airport.The breakfast buffet served at this hotel was superior to any we have tasted before,with a wide variety of options to choose from daily.     Amazing stay Eurostars universal Lisbon

    I had a very good experience staying at Eurostars Universal Lisboa. From the moment I arrived, everything was well organised and professional. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help.The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. My room was spacious, spotless, and well maintained, with a very comfortable bed that allowed for a great night’s sleep. The room was quiet and well soundproofed, which made the stay very relaxing.I have superb view from my room to Rio Tejo.The location is excellent, especially for convenience. The hotel is close to Gare do Oriente, metro and train connections, shopping centres, restaurants, and attractions like the Oceanarium. Getting around Lisbon from this area is very easy, and the neighbourhood feels modern and safe.

    We arrived 24th December, to be used a base to rest our heads. The customer service we received was exceptional and the hotel itself lovely. The location was great for us as we had a hire car.

    Staff are thieves

    They went through my bag stole my credit card and cash in the room then went to the shops and spent my money on clothes and then the hotel worker said nothing like this happened before, but all the reviews have said about how they’ve had their money stolen this hotel should be shut down the staff are thieves and they don’t even refund me!! Don’t stay here unless you want to be stolen from and have your money disappear. THIEVES!!

    A modern and very clean hotel with incredibly friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is very generous and of excellent quality.
