    So clean, everyday bed towels was changed room perfect.we booked for 4 .we got room for 6.Reception so helpful , breakfast ok nice fresh ham cheese egg rasher tomatoes scrambled egg cake cereal tea and coffee rolls and bread.Close to everywhere.

    Hotel was ok for a short stay. Room abit drab. Bathroom tiny. Breakfast could be nice but 2 out of 3 days. Eggs and bacon were cold. Good location for the Metro

    Pocket friendly and excellent location. Looks like the bad reviews were written before they did some updating. Room was clean, with spotless sheets and new bathroom. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but convenient. We found this hotel through their sister hotel in Lagos where we also had a lovely experience. Both hotels are older with basic amenities but excel in location and value. Street parking was easy and free limited spaces in front of hotel. Elevator was tiny but gave us a good chuckle. We'd definitely stay here again as we just need an affordable, clean, safe place to sleep while exploring Lisbon.

    We booked 2 rooms, 105 and 109 for 3 nights. Both were as clean as could be. Yes the hotel is a bit dated and mould around the shower in 105 should be addressedThe rooms were big enough and comfy for our purpose as we spent most of the day outBreakfast is personal opinion. It just happened to be included. Yes it was basic but you get what you pay for The restaurant was busy enough so most people seemed content. We were happy just with a morning hot drink as our plan was to eat out anywayOverall we had a fantastic time in Lisbon and the hotel was more than adequate for our purposeI'd book again

    The airline booked a room for us due to a widespread power outage. Upon arriving at the hotel, the system was down, and even the confirmation message we had received was not accepted. The hotel was fully booked—unless we could pay €250 in cash for the night. The staff showed no compassion or willingness to help, despite people facing an unexpected and difficult situation.
