  Amazing Customer Service! Disappointing Accomodations👎

  The customer service at thisHotel was superior. The location was very good. It was close to a lovely park square surrounded by quaint coffee shops and restaurants. That was the only positive. Our room was definitely notAs pictured. Our room was on the second floor. The stairway was steepAnd narrow. We had very little room between the bed and a cabinet. The wood at the base of the cabinet was nearly in splinters. The wood floor needed refinishing. There was only one chair and the bed to sit. Our view was not of the water but of rooftops and others windows. Although the bathroom was spacious, it was also in need of a remodel. Check in was at one location and our room at another. This was extremely confusing and made instructions to the uber driver difficult. Unless you traveling solo and packing light, i cant recommend.

  Nice place to stay, but there is no elevator

  The room is quite nice, and there are nice touches. It’s a little bit noisy because it’s in an old apartment building. Also, it is walk up only, on very shallow and steep stairs so it was a little tricky going up and down with a suitcase. Even without a suitcase, I always used the railing because the steps were so And short.

  Room was so noisy, on the top of bistro. Very smelly and toilet was leaking. I would not recommend it at all. Receptionist did not handle us well. 3 days we had to handle the situation. Cleaning lady was so noisy and other rooms guests also were so noisy

  Stayed for 4 nights. Bed very comfy & room cleaned daily. It’s a very quiet setting in a quaint part of the city. A nice leafy square nearby with several nice eateries & wine bars. We enjoyed the few gay bars nearby also.You can walk from this area into the main touristy area in about 20 minutes. But after a day of tourism it’s great to get back to the hotel area to relax and unwind.Hotel staff are helpful & friendly & able to help with any queries. They speak excellent English. Taxi service back to airport very reliable & reasonably priced.The room was a little tired but we liked the rustic nature of the hotel. It definitely had character! Overall a good base for our time in Lisbon.

  Very pleasant rooms and quite a good location, near the city center and next to a beautiful and peaceful place.Ideal for people who like good rooms and no useless services (SPA, breakfast, ....).Personal just nice as we like and many places to eat dmand drink around.
