This was one of the worst places in Lisbon. We came with one child and we specifically asked for AC however the AC did not work and we could not open the window because the street was noisey the room was 35°.Then they made an excuse to tell us the electrician was asked but couldn't come then finally the only money they could give us 8€.

WC smell in the common man bathroom. Reception staff who exclusively reserves the elevator without giving any answer: walking up and down from the 4th floor! Only 2 refrigerators, including a small one for more than 20 people. In this neighborhood, at every street corner, you are offered cocaine. Advice: Read the many opinions, all negative, above all avoid this address and go elsewhere.

Other than the air conditioner not working in the room where I was staying at the time, everything else was good… the staff were friendly, there was a beautiful mural painted on the walls beside every bed, and the location was pretty much in the heart of the city and near many main attractions.

Great hostel near Rossio Plaza nightlife and Metro, and Bairro Alto elevator. Clean (enough) and comfortable. Hopping bar on property, but it's in adjacent row house, so noise is not a problem when you're ready for bed. Cool wall art in dorm room. Only one of three men's showers on my floor was in service; they need to be fixed. And hours indicated showers only allowed in morning, from 0700; no night showers?

Very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is in a great location in the city center near the main squares. Also very close to the metro station. The lodge bar has a good atmosphere and serves a generous buffet breakfast.
