    Perfect for single room, not sure about dorms

    I booked a single room after a long trip as needed the head space. Separate building for single rooms. Clean and tidy and showed are modern and clean. Was peaceful, can't complain. Plenty of sunlight in my room. Have a storage room for luggage if you need it. I used toilets in the shared spaces with dorm rooms and it was gross. Not sure if it's just that more people make more mess or it was late afternoon but half I didn't stay in dorms.

    Clean hostel and friendly staff. But I lacked more visibility of the sustainable agenda that they claim to have. Could have been any other hostel with no sustainable agenda.Some suggestions:- Vegan/environmental friendly hand soap on the bathrooms.- Plant based milk replacements in the free coffee machine.- Waste bins for sorting added on every floor (not only in the kitchen) so it is easy to sort the waste from your room.

    I was booked 6 nights in that place, from 3 to 9 of July. And when I arrived, one of managers tells me that my booking was declined and they does not back my money. They does not contacted to me for notice about declining my booking. They just robbed my money.

    Recommendation!! Clean Hostel with Amazing Personnel

    Booking with a group of 18 people isn't easy. However. Miguel and his team at Green Heart Hostel made everything possible for us to have an amazing stay. We were in contact over months changing dates, organizing rooms and more.Throughout the organization, the Hostel was always calm, friendly and helpful. The stay itself was without any disturbance. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms and showers as well. A big plus is certainly the location of the Hostel. It is placed quitely but in walking distance to the City Center. We can only recommend this hostel for your stay in Lisbon!!

    The receptor was super nice! Showed us everything, explained everything and also searched for best deals for us!Would recommend staying here for sure!!!!Rooms were awesome, super clean, spacious and the balcony has a great view and a vibe!
