  Comfortable accommodation in a great location

  We (my wife, two adult children and I) just returned from a week long vacation in Lisbon during which we stayed at the Hello Lisbon Rossio Collection Apartments. We generally prefer this type of accommodation when we travel because of the extra space and so we have a common area to hang out as a family between excursions.We stayed in a 3 bedroom unit and it was perfect for our needs. Each bedroom had its own ensuite bathroom (an unexpected bonus), the apartment was bright, roomy, clean and well equipped, the beds were comfortable and everything worked (sure the wifi was a a little slower than we are accustomed to but never an issue even with four simultaneous users). The daily continental breakfast delivered to our door (which included croissants, fresh squeezed orange juice, instant coffee, tea, pastries and jam) was a nice touch (although more food than we were ever able to eat).The check in process was simple (the digital kiosk was out of order when we arrived but this was easily addressed using the lobby phone) and the Hello Lisbon staff responded promptly to our few queries.The location was fantastic. An easy walk (as long as you don't mind hills and steps - a fact of Lisbon) to many attractions, shops and restaurants. We like fresh air so had the windows open a lot and noise was never an issue. The apartment is in the centre of a popular and busy part of Lisbon so if you are a really light sleeper this might be an issue (although I can think of few places in the heart of a major city where there is not some degree of outside noise).We would definitely stay in the same apartment if we return to Lisbon.

  Excellent location and clean but beware of noise. The doors have no seals and you can hear everyone in the apartment building coming and going and talking. We stayed twice and the second time were not picked up from the airport so had to make our own way. The check in is through a kiosk which can be be a bit time consuming. If you sleep soundly it should be fine.

  The room was very new and nicely decorated. The location is fantastic for walking around Lisbon. All the amenities we needed. The only drawback was the elevator was broken and I had difficulty with the stairs. The self check in process had a few bugs but their was immediate support available to resolve the issues. We were slated to stay an extra two nights at the end of our vacation, but were not able to make it, due to flight availability to get home. Their communication was excellent via email. There are a ton of stairs to get up to the property from the street and once inside there are a lot more. Not suitable for people with mobility issues, unless you can be assured that the elevator was working

  Awesome! Fab apartment in fab location

  What a lucky find! Generous, modern and very well appointed apartment slap bang in the middle of beautiful Lisbon with plenty or local coffee shops etc close by. Located near the train station and a stones throw from the main square it was really easy to get around. Our 2 bed apartment had everything for a comfortable stay including a washing machine and dishwasher and was more than ample for 2 couples. An adequate Continental breakfast was delivered each morning, which was a pleasant surprise. Would definitely recommend.

  I am writing this on the hotel wifi, so I hope it gets through.Perfect location, steps away from Rossio train station, quick gateway to Sintra, central as can be. Bad news, the digital Kiosk/chick is ...meh. There are 6 or 8 luggage storage lockers for people who are coming in early or leaving late from bookings. That is 6-8 lockers for potentially the turn over of at least 20 apartments, realistically at least 20-30 bags a day. We got jammed by this and had to wander around lisbon for 3 hours with suitcases, not ideal. Sink in the bathroom had horrible plumbing (seems to be a trend by other reviews) and the wifi is truly pre hsitoric. We have traveled to remote south east asian islands with significantly better wifi. I don't want to harp on it because we are in a beautiful city and there are way more important things than wifi but when you want to go to Starbucks (its close in the train station) to use wifi, its a problem.Large, beautiful apartment, but I don't think we would stay here again.
