    Wonderfully clean, extremely helpful assistants.

    rating22 Jun 2019

We stayed here for five nights and thought it could not have been better. We arrived late due to our flight being delayed and I seemed to be having difficulty working the self check-in kiosk. An assistant kindle guided me and had us checked in swiftly allowing us to get some (much needed!) sleep. We had a first floor apartment which was spotlessly clean, all the linen and towels were fresh and the towels were changed during our stay. We had a fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher, washer-dryer full set of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils but (oddly for Brits!) no kettle. The bathroom too was spotless with basin, toilet and shower. I don't think I could find a single point of complaint. On our last day in Lisbon we had to check out by 11am, with our flight home not until 10.30pm. Not wanting to carry our luggage around for 12 hours, we asked if we could leave our luggage and were very kindly directed to another apartment block managed by Hello Lisbon where we were able to leave our luggage, collecting it later in time for our shuttle back to the airport. Hello Lisbon had no obligation to allow this and we truly appreciated their kindness in letting us do so. Were we to visit Lisbon again, we would not hesitate to stay with them again.

    Good Option

I choosed the big apartment in the 4th floor (no elevator). It is a nice flat with a separate full kitchen and bathroom. Everything was new, clean and trendy. The flat is 30 minutes walking distance from Praça Comerco and close to the 727 bus stop (this is important because this is the line that goes from city center to Belem). To improve:* checking at 15:00: come on! at 15:00???* there was no coffee, sugar or salt in the kitchen* just a mini tiny champoo bottle for a full flat 2 days.* The TV was not properly tuned.

Bedbugs, noisy place, blocked sink, toilet flash issue

    rating29 May 2019

I have to say that the place is terrible. You will not be able to sleep because people bang the main door all the time especially at the midnight. Because the place is made of woodboards you can hear any sound from the other rooms. The is no sound insulation so forget about sleeping.I am not upset about the noisy place, which I promise you if you device to book that place then forget about sleeping, neither I am upset about the blocked sink and the flash issue but I am very upset about the bedbug and that these people both booking.com and hello Lisbon put our health at risk. The first night I thought it was mosquitos but the last day I realised it was bedbugs which completely bite all my arm, face and back. I already escalated that to booking.com and I expect a full refund and I am willing to take that farther. Again do not book that apartment as it seems that this is an ongoing issue. I am very unhappy and I am surprised why these guys are still advertised by booking.com while there are other reviews as well for the bedbug issue.

    Great value for money!

Very clean and cozy with a kitchenette packed with utilities. Modern bathroom of decent size. Amazing service desk always willing to help out at a moment's notice. Great neighborhood: quiet but at walking distance from the city center.

    There Are Better Hotel-Apartment Properties

    rating03 Dec 2018

o This property doesn’t have luggage lockers. We went to the Cais do Sodre location to leave our bags, but the big lockers were all full. So we carted our bags to Cascais to the beach and spent the day there, with our bags, waiting to check-in.o The front door code worked this time, unlike at their Bairro Alto property.o At their new check-in video kiosk, payment worked easier than Bairro Alto as it didn’t ask me for a PIN. Scanning your passport was as difficult as Bairro Alto.o The code given to me by the machine for the apartment didn’t work, however. I had to call them on the phone in the hallway, sweating to death because there is no air-conditioning in the stairwell (“lobby”).o There was no soap, shampoo, conditioner or bodywash provided. Like Bairro Alto, there were leftover strips in the shower of what used to hold the dispenser for those items.o There were no instructions for how to use the combination washer/dryer. For Europeans, this might seem self-explanatory, as this is a common appliance for them. For Americans, it is not. I had to take a photo of the dials and post it on Facebook for my European friends to tell me how to wash AND dry all in one go.o The room, on street level, was gorgeous – split level. But the frustrations of their new check-in process and lack of luggage storage at this property will not make me want to stay here again.
