The perfect location for a joyous wedding celebration

Stayed here for two nights for the wedding celebration of my son and his beautiful wife. It was wonderful. We were staying in the “Vintage” cabin and we loved the quirky decor. It was bright and spacious. Everything we needed was on site. We loved how each cabin had its own unique theme and name. The views were stunning. We visited the farm at 10:30 am on the morning of the wedding to feed the animals. Such fun. Every wedding should have an Ostrich!The wedding celebration was fantastic and the party on the veranda and in the restaurant area afterwards was amazing. Location, Location. Location!The day after the wedding ceremony we continued the celebrations poolside and by the boating lake. We could not have had a happier time during our stay, So much laughter and many tears of joy. Such a beautiful place to escape to in a truly friendly and welcoming country. Unforgettable.

Had a brief stay and wished it could have been longer. Peaceful setting , small lake surrounded by cork trees and wildeness well off the beaten track. Actually ideal for family with small children as there are quite a collection of animals and a well-organised feeding time visit, everything from ostriches to guinea-pigs and two delightful donkeys always on the look-out for food. Also an excellent swimming pool.The accommodation is a series of wooden bungalows which are very tastely decorated and well-equipped - anything missing and very attentive, cheerful staff will try and fix it. Easy to cook up an evening meal and our apartment even had a dishwasher. Relaxing views from the terrace and the bathroom - which does have one way glass ! Incredibly comfortable bed but sleep shortened by early morning sunlight.Only downside - if you forget something or want to dine out one evening a bit of a drive but for a short stay absolutely ideal.

Glorious landscape and peaceful ecoresort

Great 3 nights with my teenage kids. Glorious landscape, the cabins are beautiful to look and spacious, and the pool is unobtrusive and peaceful. Although my kids are well into their teenage years, they loved going to see Jose’s farm and feed the animals. Jose, his wife, and staff are warm, helpful and discreet, and everyone is relaxed, always a good sign.Of note, the bunkbeds are not full so not for fully grown teenagers, and the kitchen only has a small pot and pan, and bare minimum, so it’s tricky to cook for 3 or more people but it did the job for Summer food.We loved our stay there and recommend the place warmly.

A walk through nature

I love this place! It is the 2nd time we come here and I am sure that we will come more times! Not only it is calm and relaxing as it has an aura of something special in every bungalow. In both times we were in different bungalows and we loved both! An amazing time to relax! We never came here in summer so we never really used the swiming pool but I guess it must be wven better.. summer nights in the country side!

This place is a slice of heaven on earth! The silence is perfect! The accommodations are divine and the team is so awesome and nice! It's the perfect place to get rest and spend time in nature! It's great to spend time in family! Definitely a place to come back LOT OF TIMES!!
