    Very good hotel . Clean, comfortable and well located in Central Lisbon with nearby restaurants and supermarkets. Taxis are remarkably cheap.

    Stayed two nights pre cruise. Best aspects are friendly front desk, location to mass transit, and ability to walk down hill to destinations. Close to an enjoyable park. Room was moderate. Noisy during the day because emergency vehicles have to run sirens to get around traffic but did not notice that at night. Breakfast was ok, cheaper if you buy in advance. Price was moderate. Would probably stay again if it's just for 2 or 3 nights.

    Have not stayed there yet. But we are going to stay in April. We have sent a couple of emails to find out about the room if it has the large window as shown in the pictures. Have not received a response as of yet. The emails was sent 4days ago.     We had a 3-person room since I was traveling with my son and another adult. I was there in Nov for a conference. Pros: spacious room; clean hotel; friendly staff that speak multiple languages; good rate which can include breakfast; bar on site; excellent location with Metro, parks, and restaurants very close or nextdoor; strong wifi; good TV reception; numerous elevators; functional AC and windows that open Cons: beds were a bit hard; elevators can be slow; no app or electronic way to enter your room (must still use physical key card)Bottom line? Pros definitely outweigh the cons and I would definitely stay here again.

    The hotel is very well located. A metro station is located just across the road. The meeting points for various group tours ( day trips) are located close by and walkable. A lovely park is just opposite the hotel.The room was neat and clean although it was a bit small .The bed was very comfortable. The AC was functional.Breakfast was sumptuous. However it did include the famed Pastal Da Nata. Nevertheless I enjoyed the breakfast.The staff were courteous and helpful.I did not use the other facilities and can therefore not comment about the same. Had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
