    Cool, music-themed hotel…

    It is a decent hotel in a great location. We were a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenaged boys) - the room was a bit cramped for my liking. What was also interesting was the bathroom. Area with sink has no doors, so no privacy at all. The toilet “room” has a glass door but no lock. The shower “room” is separate and has no lock either but the shower pressure was phenomenal. Again the room was small and there were not enough hooks or space to put clothes away or hang clothes or bath towels! My boys didn’t take advantage of the roof top pool. It was a cool area (good vibe overall, good music, great view) but it was filled with drunk Brits taking it over. (It wasn’t warm enough either plus it was cool and windy up there in late May). I loved the location. Walking distance to Rua Augusta, bus stops, many QSRs and regular restos. Overall it was a good experience. If I stay here again, I would stay either a maximum of 2 people in the room not 4.

    Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff, great location, rooftop pool and bar ( a bit windy to fully take advantage of when we were there though).Handy for Metro and restaurants and bars. Don’t take shoes with heels though, cobbles are uneven and lethal.Great hairdryer and showers in the rooms with a fridge and kettle, and blackout blinds. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that traffic noise is excessive at night on rooms overlooking Pombal park.TV has a few more English speaking channels. Breakfast tasty and good variety.

    We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The rooms and public areas were spotless throughout, and the staff genuinely made the experience feel welcoming and personal.A special mention to Reuben, who greeted guests by name and went out of his way to make sure everyone’s individual expectations were met. His attention to detail and warm manner really stood out and made us feel valued as guests.Hugo at the rooftop bar was also excellent — charming, friendly and attentive, creating such a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere in a beautiful setting.The only disappointment was the breakfast, which unfortunately didn’t match the high standard set by the rest of the hotel and staff experience. Despite that, we would still happily return because the service from the team was exceptional.

    This music themed hotel is a great place to stay when visiting in Lisbon. The location is close to the old town, next to the metro station. It's easy to get there from the airport.The hotel has a good service and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a nice pool area on the roof for relaxing and a bar, which was not open yet in March. The breakfast is good and there is wide selection of food. The dance performance at breakfast room on Saturday was amazing. My room was a melody double queen on the courtyard side, which was wonderfully quiet. On the other side is a busy street, which can be heard in the rooms on that side. My room was clean and stylish, the only thing I missed was a chair and hair conditioner. There were bathrobes in the room, which was nice. It is worth bringing your own slippers, the floor can be cold. I would like to stay at this hotel again.

    Very easy to find..it is on a slight incline though which wasnt a problem for us but may be an issue for others.There are many bus stops around, a train station and lots of places to eat too. The rooms were lovely and clean with mood lighting and bluetooth connectivity for playing music from your phone. The breakfast for me was a slight let down but if your not picky you'll be alright. There was scrambled eggs, bacon and lots of pastries also tea and coffee. The staff were super friendly. The pool area was lovely too. About 25-30min walk to Praca do Comercio.
