This comfortable city hotel is located close to links to the public transport network and an easy 30-minute walk from the city centre. Many shopping venues, countless bars and restaurants as well as nightclubs are to be found in the vicinity (200 m - 5 km away). The sea and inviting beach are 25 km from the hotel and can easily be reached by car.

The hotel has 5 suites, 30 single rooms and 90 double rooms, which are located on 12 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock.     The hotel is very clean, and close to metro and a great coffee shop across the road with great prices. After checking in we came down and told the front desk our safe doesn’t work. Not much of a respond from the front desk, made us feel like so what do you want us to do. After a long day we came back to have bath, but you have no bath plug, so I had to take a shower, slipped on your non skid decals,. Your shower door did not help when I slipped as it moves back and forth, every time the upstairs flushed toilet day or night we heard it. We did not have the room cleaned for 3 nights thinking we are helping not to waste, on our 4 th day we put the green tagged out and left at 7.00 in the morning. We came back at 4 to shower and rest before we went out. Opened door room still not cleaned. We saw the maids , they looked like leaving and I asked if they we were going to clean the room, she said something about the green tagged and I showed her on the door, they were mad at us by there tone.i asked the front desk about the cleaning and in a sour tone he said it will be done by 5 pm. That is crazy Came back at 4.30 to no towels. Asked the maids , where is the towels, she shows up hands me the towels roughly, I said thank you and she just glared.The towels we got were frayed, thin, grey and rough these are the ones I would use on my dog. Not on a hotel you are paying money for. My husband went to the front desk and questioned about them and they so kindly gave him the same dingy towels.Overall your staff are rude , they don’t even greet you when leaving or coming. We are here 5 days and you give us 2 -25 cent bottles of water for the whole time, no coffee in the room or an area where you can make it, the air conditioner in the room seems to work at one level to hot to sleep.Definitely if looking for a good hotel this is not the one

    Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. My school booked this hotel for us for our class trip to Lisbon. There were 23 adolescents and 3 teachers and we all came up with the same conclusion. The air conditioning didn't work and it was very hot when we arrived there. There was almost no lighting in the room as the only source of light were two 2 wall lamps that shone very dimly. The window barely opened and that did not help with the heat. Instead of a curtain or a door in the shower, there was this fake plastic door that was very unstable and only covered half the tub, which resulted in half of the water to get on the floor. Overall a negative experience. However, the breakfast was absolutely excellent. The croissants were a bit stale and hard even if they were just put on the buffet, but everything tasted amazingly. 2 stars for that only.

    I was there for two night, on a business trip. The hotel is centrally located and very close to the metro station, so easy to reach the airport and the touristic attractions. Clean and well equipped but I personally didn't like the interior decoration/furniture (a bit old style). Personnel was kind and breakfast/business lunches were good, including local specialties. At night it is quite noisy, especially if you open the windows. Meeting rooms were also spacious and well organised. Overall good experience although I would expect something more from a 4 star hotel.

    Firstly the beds and linen were very comfortable. The reception and bar is very modern and you can tell they've spent some money on it. Sadly they've not spent the money on the rooms as they're quite tired. The air conditioning is rubbish, on the lowest temperature (supposedly 5 degrees), it's barely cool. The fridge was similar, not ideal for keeping drinks cool in the Portuguese heat. The receptionist gave us 2 keys so we could leave the air conditioning on, but the first day our room was cleaned they took the key out so the room was boiling when we returned! We did not have breakfast in the hotel so cannot comment on that.The location of the hotel is brilliant, lots of transport links close by, including bus/metro/train. Campo pequeno a short walk away where a local festival was on when we arrived and shops and restaurants within easy distance
