Nice hotel, but not a 4-star.

    rating03 Jun 2026

I stayed here for my Lisbon trip with friends. The lobby gives you a modern hotel vibe, but the rooms could definitely use a little renovation.I just had breakfast - it was a buffet with tons of choices! The staff at reception and the restaurant were super friendly. They also have room service every day.I asked about the iron and got a steamer for free in under 10 minutes! But the kettle was the weirdest thing - you can rent it for €5 a night. I've never seen that before.

    Nice but…

    rating17 Apr 2026

A clean and comfortable hotel with good food however I would not stay here again. We found there to be plenty of noise from the nearby metro line and low flying planes from the nearby airport. The rooms and bathrooms need an update. The shower in bathtub combination is hard to get into without bars to hold onto. There are no electric or usb plugs beside the bed or on the desk. One night was manageable but we will look for another locations next time in Lisbon. Bruno Henrique Albino, General Manager at Hotel Acores Lisboa, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to know that you found the hotel clean and comfortable and that you enjoyed the food during your stay.At the same time, we regret that some aspects of your experience did not fully meet your expectations. We understand that the proximity to the airport and metro line may be noticeable for some guests, despite the convenience these connections provide. We also appreciate your comments regarding the room features and bathroom layout. Please note that we are currently planning renovation and improvement works in several areas of the hotel, with the aim of enhancing comfort and modernising the guest experience. We sincerely regret that you would consider another location for a future visit to Lisbon, but we truly appreciate your balanced and constructive feedback.Kind regards,The Hotel Manager

Hotel Acores Lisboa has a wonderful professional staff that is always available to cater to your every need and they are centrally located for easy commuting as well.Especially, JOÃO and Christina, they are very warm and friendly professionals that took care of our needs and requests to the highest levels. I needed my wheelchair tire to be fixed before a flight out. And they were able to locate a repair shop for me with great attention to detail very quickly and with urgency. It was a great success!Obrigado y Obrigada!Eduardo y Yenny, los Americanos do Nova York. Nice, elegant and comfortable hotel in Lisbon

    rating02 Nov 2025

A very nice hotel, runned with great kindness and professionality by the whole staff. Rooms are tiny and elegant, the breakfast is very good in terms of quality and variety of food (savory and sweet, fresh fruits, drinks). Praça de Espanha metro station is very close to the hotel, and it helps a lot to reach other parts of the city. Bruno Henrique Albino, General Manager at Hotel Acores Lisboa, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you very much for your kind review. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed our elegant and comfortable hotel, the quality and variety of our breakfast, and the professionalism of our team. We are also glad that our convenient location near Praça de Espanha metro station helped make your stay easier. We truly appreciate your feedback and look forward to welcoming you back soon.Thank you.Bruno Henrique AlbinoHotel Manager

Good Hotel but Avoid the Restaurant

    rating13 Jul 2025

The hotel is a modern, affordable choice in Lisbon. Not in the historic center but the Metro is right out the front door. The check-in was efficient and the front desk staff helpful. Room was a good size, good condition and very clean. The problem was the restaurant! Pretty good choices for breakfast on most days, but I asked a cup of tea to go as my taxi had arrived on my last day just as the restaurant was opening up and was yelled at by a rather surly woman. Needless to say, really changed my opinion about staying there again. Bruno Henrique Albino, General Manager at Hotel Acores Lisboa, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for sharing your feedback with us.We are glad to hear that you appreciated our efficient check-in, helpful front desk staff, and the cleanliness and comfort of your room. Your kind words about these aspects mean a lot to us.Regarding your experience in the restaurant, we sincerely apologise for the behaviour you encountered. This is certainly not the standard of service we aim to provide. We will investigate the matter to understand what happened and ensure it does not happen again. We believe the positive experiences are the most important, and your feedback helps us improve. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a stay that fully meets your expectations.Hotel ManagerKind regards,
