This charming city hotel is located directly beside the sea (no direct access to the beach) within a short distance (1 km) of various shopping venues and countless restaurants. The town centre lies close by and can easily be reached on foot in just half an hour. The inviting sandy beach is a convenient drive away, lying approximately 15 km from the hotel.

Facility

2 suites and 63 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Film fans will find plenty of 'lights, camera, action' at the cinema. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional facilities include a TV room.     Small cars only because tight turns down into a subterranean parking area, helpful Reception, comfortable room, bathroom/bidet/shower, two single beds, mosquitoes on the second floor (!!), nice breakfast selections,

    Lack of professionalism and bad behavior of the employees, had one the worst stays Iver had in my entire life, the place is very centred but the street is very ugly, the hotel is not that bad, the problem is the employees that are very rude and don't even speak English

    I will never come back because the rooms are dirty and cold (there were some cockroaches), the quality of food is unacceptable (low quality and frozen food) and I couldn’t use the tv because the signal was blocked. The staff is unqualified and the wifi doesn’t work.If you want to come to Lisbon choose another hotel because this one is terrible!!!

    This hotel was our base for sightseeing Lisbon. The room was clean and nice. The sound-proofing could have been better, but we weren't really bothered by it. The breakfast was good. It is very close to the metro station and there was a supermarket nearby. The location was excellent.

    Selected this hotel during a holiday weekend therefore pricing & location was the deciding factor. Location is decent, walking distance from all the major squares and about 15min from Rossio train station. Pros & cons: On site parking, it’s underground, a bit tight, but it’s free!Location is decent, but some might say, “it’s in the ghetto”. For me it’s just like any other downtown with all sorts of souvenir shops, supermarkets, Indian/Nepalese restaurants, kebabs, and cafes. It is a little rundown and in need of renovation but it has its charm.The staff was great! Breakfast is simple and plain which was included.Overall, our stay was pleasant. For my family with 2 hyper little boys, this worked out.
