    Hyatt helped us last minute get 2 nights that were unplanned because another hotel was not suitable.Service in every department was great and I'd return again if in the area.Accommodation and food were both outstanding. Everyone went beyond the normal expectations,

    Hyatt Regency is nice inside with very friendly staff who are responsive. The room was clean but HVAC system was challenging to use and water filtration unit was not working. We had a river view but also what looked like an abandoned parking lot next to us. Location not ideal to historic downtown and a bit noisy due to location right beside the train lines.

    My wife Mita and I arrived Hyatt Lisbon very late night on 9 April 2026 (by local calendar early morning of 10 April. We were extremely happy with the services provided by your staff from reception to concierge and porter, all were very welcoming.     Almost a perfect stay. Expectations were met, and often exceeded. The staff and management are very friendly, but professional. Restaurant and all hotel personnel were absolutely excellent. Highly recommend this hotel, especially if are a loyalty program member. We had a suite with kitchen, washer and dryer. Large and spacious. My previous stay was a small room, also excellent!
