Location

This appealing hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Lisbon. It is around 10 minutes on foot to the tourist centre of this pulsating metropolis.     Well located, friendly and quiet hotel

    An excellent little hotel and very well located only five minutes walk from the main thoroughfare. Clean, comfortable rooms, a lovely little breakfast room/ restaurant and a very good value food and drink menu (3 euro for a glass of really decent wine). Lisbon is quite hilly so expect to do a fair bit of walking but we reached all the main sights including the castle on foot from here. Also a good base to get picked up from for day trips to Sintra and Pena palace. Turn left out of the front door and walk for about 3-400m metres up and over the hill and you have an Aldi. Turn right and walk about 300m down the road and you have La Repubblica restaurant an excellent and very fairly priced restaurant which quickly became quite a favourite place to go. The only thing I would have liked in the room was a kettle and a fridge but when we wanted a cup of tea we popped down to reception which doubled as the bar, for a mug of hot water (or an ice cold beer) and the staff were always very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended and I would most definitely be happy to return for a short break.

    Realy a very good place to stay in Lisbon

    This is an excellent place to stay when you want to visit Lisbon. With the start of the hop on hop off near by and all (expensive) luxury shops at walking distance and on the way to the old center. Very pleasant and friendly staff with fantastic breakfast not often found in an Ibis hotel.

    The rooms are good, comfortable. The hotel location is a distinct advantage, the main attractions are walking distance. Nearby there are few good eating places. The staff is very good and courteous. Breakfast served is decent. Will recommend to stay if in Lisbon.

    Loved our stay at the Ibis in Lisbon. Fantastic location, and the staff were amazing, and very helpful. A shout out to the wonderful young person ( didn’t catch his name) who helped us with our Uber very early in the morning. Your kindness and patience was very much appreciated.

    We have now stayed in this hotel several times as a couple and with friends.It's clean, it's basic and the staff are excellent.Within walking distance there are several excellent eateries and the central area of Rossio is again a short walk away.
