    Nice, clean and in a good position

    The hotel has been renovated pretty recently and it is very neat and clean. The staff is young and very kind. The bed is comfortable and the shower wide. The location is convenient and it is easily reachable from 2 different metro lines. Walking distance from downtown. Greatly adviced!

    An excellent stay. Fast early check in. Lovely helpful reception staff with good English. Excellent hard-working breakfast staff providing a good plentiful selection of food with vegetarian dishes. Room spotless with powerful shower. Fast wifi everywhere. I would return.

    Our booking got really complicated due to the Middle East war when our flights got cancelled. Despite this, Accor was proactive enough to allow hotel cancellations. Moreover, they are so responsive when I need to clear out our new plan. Check in with Rui was so smooth that even with our complicated booking, he was able to fix everything!

    The hotel is located on the border of the old and new parts of the city.Well connected by public transport and with a large supermarket across the street. The room is spacious with an excellent desk, fridge, excellent bed and bathroom.Breakfast has something for everyone with a little bit of space in the dining room, but not too bad, better than in some other Ibis Styles hotels I have stayed in.Very strange elevator that does not go from the entrance and reception, but you have to carry your suitcases up about ten steps to the elevator.

    Stayed here for the second time following a previous stay in 2022.A basic no frills stay that did what it needed to do for a one night in Lisbon. Bathroom was very small, and room had a slight musty smell.Friendly staff on check out which was a complete contrast to check in when the member of staff was unfriendly and ignored me, which happened a number of times that afternoon.Good price, 5 minute walk from 2 metro stations, but unlikely to return again.
