    Absolutely would stay here again!!

    This was such a wonderful hotel. The breakfast is amazing. Everything was very fresh and delicious! The staff is friendly and helped us everyday. We needed help with transportation and they arranged a taxi because our uber app wasn’t working. Everyone at the hotel is eager to help in any way. The rooms are quiet and clean as well. The location is close to the river and there are lots of restaurants nearby. It was a very reasonable price, we would stay here again!

    Comfortable modern city hotel in convenient location

    This hotel is in a good location to reach the airport by Metro (550m walk), or travelling anywhere on the Oriente train or Metro lines and visiting Parque das Nascoes attractions. The large Vasco de Gama shopping centre is only 750m walk. It is decorated in a modern style with small rooms and the basin located outside the bathroom but we did have a coffee maker and the usual bar sized fridge and a complimentary bottle of water. We did not have or want breakfast included. Looking towards the river the room was quiet and the bed comfortable. We liked the timber and tiled flooring rather than carpet. For the info of others, having checked out of our Lisbon accommodation we used the luggage storage in the shopping centre to hold our bags while we visited the Oceanarium and then took a small backpack for our two night stay in Sintra which made travelling by train and walking into the old town much easier. We then collected our bags before heading to the Ikonik for an overnight stay before heading to the airport. Provided you don't have too early a flight the metro is an easy means of reaching the airport and Lisbon does not charge a surcharge to/fro their airport unlike most cities.

    I had been staying there in 2 different moments of February. The first time was ok, the room was very good but the parking lot was flooded and with difficult access by foot. The second time, the check-in process was very bad. There was only one attendant and she was not kind. After waiting up to 10 min while she was trying to conclude a guest's check-out, because 2 min of my absence on the front desk, a lot of new guests came into the checking procedure and I was conditioned to wait up more than 45min. The attendant was not kind to ask all other guests to wait she does my check-in first. Very bad attitude in my point of view. I ever come back here, in Lisbon.Extremely not recommend this hotel's chain unit.

    More than home away from home !

    We were on a tour and this was the chosen hotel for leg one. It is such a high end, sparkling clean, phenomenal breakfast hotel.We came back to Lisbon to fly home tomorrow and stay here again, it was like upcoming home.The front desk were so organized there was a bus full of us and before you knew it, we were all in our rooms.
