    Just returned from a 3 day visit to Lisbon. Hotel inn rossio is very central for all the attractions in Lisbon and good value for money. My recently refurbished room was very clean and comfortable and well serviced daily with towel renewals and cleaning, great value for money in my opinion.

    We stayed at Rossio Inn as a couple on a sightseeing trip.The location is fantastic, just a few steps from Rossio Square. This makes it really easy to get from the airport using the metro (tap and go for £1.60 & takes about 35 minutes).The room we had (superior twin) was clean and a comfortable size with a lovely view of the train station architecture. The exterior soundproofing was excellent. The internal walls are clearly just plasterboard so you are subject to the noise created by your neighbours. The shower was lovely & plenty of hot water.The left luggage room is really useful (no charge) and check in & out times are good (check in from 2pm & check out by 12).There are some silly niggles which could easily be improved upon such as:No kettle in the rooms, we took a travel kettle but there's a coin operated hot drinks machine in the lounge. No hooks in the room so nowhere to hang towels or wet coats. A large gap at the side of the bathroom door also limits privacy. The staff were lovely, brought me extra bedding straight away when I was cold. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned, mopped & bedding & towels changed daily.Can't comment on breakfast as we ate out instead. The deli /supermarket downstairs is really useful. It's a budget hotel in a perfect location for sightseeing, everything is within a few minutes walk. Don't expect luxury but I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

    Awful hotel. Very run down and the rooms are tiny. The bathroom is so small that you have to sit sideways on the toilet as there is a tiny gap to the shower. When you are in the shower it's almost impossible to move.The breakfast was gross. They said they would refund this but it's not true. Whenever you chase the refund (which I have done many, many times, you either don't get a reply or get told:'Good morning, your request was redirected to the Reservations Department'Which is meaningless (it's not over 2 months since the mysterious/ non existent 'Reservations Department' got on the case. It's the same when you are there. No one can deal with any issue so you will not get any problems resolved.It's not even cheap! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE - do not stay in this terrible place

    This hotel is very well located to get around Lisbon with a short walk from the local Metro station. There is a supermarket next door which is handy. The breakfast is basic but enough to get you going for the day. We stayed in a triple superior room which was spacious but not much in it. The bathroom smelled of drains and we were told that we couldn’t have any soap we had to use shower gel so we purchased some. There was mould in the shower too. The cleanliness could be improved. Someone was sick in the corridor and it was never properly cleared up and there was not really signs of cleaning the communal areas as they looked dirty. It is a basic hotel with friendly staff, clean towels and clean bedding.

    The Rossio Inn was conviently located near the Rossio metro station. Easy access from the Airport. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff in the breakfast room was a bit surly. Breakfast was good.
